Initial data of the project TP of the parking garage

Technological solutions for the parking garage (hereinafter - "parking") are based on and in accordance with the terms of reference for the development of the project, agreed and approved in the prescribed manner.

Regulatory and guideline materials tx.

Technological solutions are made taking into account the requirements, current normative documents, the main of which are:

  • Parking lots, SNIP 21-02-99*.
  • All-Union norms of technological design of road transport enterprises, ONTP 01-91, Rosavtotrans, 1990.
  • Interindustry labor protection rules for road transport, POT RM-027-2003.
  • Automatic fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems, SP 5.13130.2009.
  • Technical means of the organization of road traffic, GOST R 52289-2004
  • Determination of explosion and fire hazard categories of buildings and outdoor installations, SP 12.13130.2009.
  • Warning and evacuation systems in case of fire, SP. 3.13130.2009.
  • Accessibility of buildings and structures for groups of people with low mobility, SNiP 35-01-2001.

The purpose of parking technology.

In accordance with the task in the area of citywide importance under the building Hotel and office complex is designed a 2-level underground, built-in, ramp, enclosed, heated parking of a manege type with the use of dependent mechanized parking systems with the participation of drivers firm " Wohr "Wohr company with a capacity of 299 cars, of which 287 cars with mechanized parking systems and 12 cars for maneuver storage, including :

  • for temporary storage of cars of the employees of the offices, trade and restaurant visitors - 294 m/m;
  • for permanent storage of passenger cars, which belong to those who live in the hotel - 5 m/m.

The placement in the parking lot applies only to cars with engines that run on gasoline (90%)-269 units, or diesel fuel (10%)-30 units.

Placing cars with engines running on compressed or liquefied petroleum gas in the parking lot is prohibited.

The nomenclature and number of cars.

The number and structure of the park of cars to be placed in storage, adopted in accordance with the terms of reference for design and specified by the volume-planning solution.   

The number of cars is 200 units, including 10 cars for MSM, (of which 8 cars with the device of mechanized parking systems ". Wohr Park lift 411" with dependent entry/exit with participation of drivers or valets and 2 car parking spaces).

The number of parking spaces for temporary storage is 200 units. Including for: middle class cars (4950x1950x1600-1800 h) - 100 units of which:

  • on gasoline - 80 units;
  • on diesel fuel - 10 units.

Small class vehicles (4400x1700x1500-1700 h ) - 150 units, among them:

  • on gasoline - 100 units;
  • on diesel fuel - 10 units.

The number of parking places for permanent storage is 5 units, including 1 car for MSM, of which :

middle class cars (4950x1950x1600-1800 h ) - 1 unit of which:

  • gasoline-powered cars - 1 unit;

Small class cars ( 4400x1700x1500-1700 h ) - 4 units of which:

  • on gasoline - 4 units.

Parking of cars driven by MSM is performed by parking drivers. On the 1st floor of the parking lot there shall be 2 parking places (for unloading of cars serving the complex) for medium-duty trucks (6100x2170x3000h) - curb weight 5700 kg.

 

The composition of the object of construction.

In accordance with the technological purpose, fire and other requirements, the following premises are envisaged:

  • entrance to the parking lot;
  • exit from the parking lot;
  • Duty officer's room (Checkpoint-2 units. - at the entrance and exit);
  • parking lot for 100 cars, divided into 2 fire compartments, incl:

1st fire compartment for 46 m/m (of which 41 m/m with a dependent entry/exit with the device of mechanized parking systems " Wohr - Parklift 411" with the participation of drivers, 5 m/m of maneuver storage and medium-duty trucks for unloading/loading - 2 units), including:

- 31 units of temporary storage (employees of offices, restaurant and trade visitors), of which :

  •      middle class - 20 units (3 units on diesel fuel);
  •      Small class - 10 units (1 unit on diesel fuel);

- 5 permanent storage units (hotel guests) of which 1 nr. for MSM, including:

       -medium class- 1 unit;

        -Small class - 2 units;

        -Rooms for park system operators;

        -Technical premises (see the blueprint of the premises).

The 2nd fire compartment for 81 cars (of which 74 cars with dependent entry / exit to the mechanized parking systems with the participation of drivers firm " Wohr "and 7 m/m of maneuverable storage, of which:

- 7 parking lots for drivers using wheelchairs, including

- 60 temporary storage units (office workers, restaurant and trade visitors), of which 8 units for the disabled;

- Middle class - 20 units (3 units on diesel fuel);

- Small class - 40 units (5 units on diesel fuel);

- technical premises (see the blueprint of premises)      

- Parking for 100 places, divided into 2 fire compartments:

 

Working mode of parking.

 In accordance with the purpose of the parking the following mode of operation is adopted:                        

- Number of working days per year:

- for parking of hotel, restaurant and trade enterprises - 365;

- For the parking of offices - 200.

- mode of operation:

- office parking lot - 8 hours;

- parking of restaurant and trade enterprises - 12 hours;

- parking for hotel residents - around the clock.

The number of entries/exits to take in accordance with Appendix 2 of MGSN 5-01-01.

The total number of entries/exits of cars in the rush hour in % of the total number of parking spaces:

 - permanent storage -/ 35%;

 - Temporary storage of general purpose -15% and 25% .

Total dismantling of cars in the busiest day of the total number of parking spaces :

 - for permanent storage - 80% ;

 - General temporary storage of general purpose - 250%.

The number of entries-exits for trucks: 3 times a day -every day. Unloading time - 1 hour.

 

The number of employees

Performance of production functions and the adopted mode of operation of the parking lot determines the minimum required composition and number of staff.

Maintenance and repair of engineering equipment, networks and communications (heating, ventilation, water supply and sewerage, power supply, automatics, communications and alarms, etc.) is performed by the complex operation service. The maintenance of parking systems shall be performed by a supplier company under the contract.

 

The main provisions of the organization of the technological process.

Vehicles arriving at the parking lot shall be registered in the ledger, which is available at the parking lot attendant on duty. During registration the presence of documents for the arriving car shall be checked, and an external inspection shall be carried out.

If there is damage to the body, it is necessary to have the documents duly executed by the traffic police. The technical condition of the vehicle is not checked during registration. Vehicle owners are fully responsible for the technical condition of the vehicle.

If the vehicle conforms to the presented requirements and has the necessary documents, a note of arrival is made and the vehicle is driven to a vacant or assigned location. The departure of the vehicle will be recorded.

Cars enter the parking lot by the closed heated single-track straight-line-curved ramp with a 16% and 13% slope and a 3500 mm wide carriageway to the assigned parking spaces marked with information signs.

Exit from the parking lot by a single-track curvilinear straight heated ramp with a slope of 16% and 13%, and a roadway width of 4150 mm. Provides for remote, manual and backup gate opening. (Gates, gate opening mechanism - take into account a separate project, see book 2).

The movement of cars in the parking lot is provided in one direction. The parking area can be equipped with reversible traffic, for which traffic lights at the entrances/exits are provided. There will be video surveillance at the entrance/exit of the parking lot with output to the checkpoint. Parking spaces are marked with appropriate markings and the application of serial numbers on the floor of the parking lot.

Parking cars in the parking spaces is carried out in reverse. The width of the inner driveway is 6.1m, 6.4m (for middle class cars), 5.95m (for low class cars). The adopted way of storage provides the entry/exit of cars, taking into account the maneuvering in compliance with the regulatory requirements ONTP-01-91.

There are pedestrian walkways of width 800 mm and wheel chocks of 200 mm at the ramps, h =100mm. In the parking lot in the manege storage areas are provided:

 -wheel barriers along the walls, to which the cars are installed by the end side (distance from the wall 1.50 m, h = 0.12 m); - walkways with a width of 1000 mm in the evacuation routes;

- pedestrian walkways with a width of 700 mm for passageways to technical premises.  

The wheel barrier in the car storage areas is made of concrete.

Dependent parking system "Wohr Park lift 411" allows you to place one car under the other. In order to move the upper car out, the lower car must first be removed.

Two-unit parking systems are provided for parking of persons with disabilities. On the lower level there is one parking space for handicapped people (these cars are parked by parking attendants), and on the upper level 2 cars are installed.

The parking lot has 2 isolated unloading/loading points serving the complex. Parking cars on the unloading places is carried out in reverse. The width of the internal driveway - 6.755 m. The number of entries-exits for trucks: 3 times a day -every day. Unloading time - 1 hour.

Space-planning and constructive solutions.

The basic technical and technological solutions, space-planning and constructive solutions of the building are developed in accordance with the terms of reference for design, taking into account town planning and architectural plan development, the existing pattern of traffic in the neighborhood.

Column grid 8400h8400, 5350h8400 provides the minimum necessary and sufficient size of the car places for the storage of cars of the relevant class and the placement of two-level parking systems. The height of the storage rooms is min 3.35 м.

The area of the parking lot is divided into fire compartments.

S storage1-th fire compartment = 1000 sq.m. - 46 m/m (specific index per 1 m/m - 22.35 sq.m.).

 

 

Health, safety, fire prevention, industrial hygiene

Technological solutions in terms of compliance with safety regulations and rules, fire safety and industrial hygiene are designed in accordance with the basic design codes and regulations and standards of safety at work.

The following occupational health, safety, industrial and fire safety measures have been adopted:

- For the removal of exhaust gases of engines during the movement of cars there is a supply and exhaust ventilation with mechanical inducement;

According to fire hazard category of the parking lot is category B2, class by PUE - P- I ;   

- The design temperature of the air: in the parking lot is 5 ° C, which provides for thermal curtains when opening (closing) the gate; in the room checkpoint +21 ° C; in other rooms according to SNiP;

- the parking lot is provided with evacuation exits;

- the parking lot is equipped with automatic fire extinguishing system;

- The paths of movement of cars inside the parking lot are equipped with signs and signs guiding the driver (reversible traffic can be arranged, for which traffic lights at the entrances/exits are provided);

- on the evacuation routes there are light indicators, connected to the emergency (evacuation) lighting, installed at the height of 2.0 m and 0.5 m from the floor;

- illuminated signs of the locations of hydrants to connect mobile firefighting equipment are connected to the network of emergency (evacuation) lighting. The installation of light indicators of the location of hydrants is provided on the facades of the building of the parking lot;

- There is a fire alarm system, type SO-4, which is activated by the automatic fire-fighting system;

- The power supply system has a safety disconnection device;

- in case of fire there is a shutdown of general ventilation, smoke protection systems are controlled automatically-from the fire alarm or automatic fire extinguishing system;

 - metal grates for storm drains are provided in front of the entrance/exit to the parking lot;

 - the coupling of the ramp with the horizontal platforms is smooth, and the distance from the floor to the bottom of the car is not less than 100 mm.

- there is a non-sparking asphalt concrete flooring, designed for dry (manual or mechanized cleaning of the premises);

- on the side of the internal passages on the columns there are 3-pole 220/380V sockets for possible connection of the sweeper ( N = 4.0 kW);

- artificial lighting of the parking lot;

- the arrangement of the cars ensures the free opening of the doors for the exit and entrance of the drivers to the parking spaces;

- the width of the parking lot passage provides the compliance with the dimensions of the approach when installing and leaving the vehicle;

- in the premises of the checkpoint there shall be the following devices: gate control, video surveillance for entry/exit to the parking lot, traffic lights (automatic), fire alarm remote control, remote control for remote activation of fire pumps in the sprinkler system, fire warning system, radio, city telephone;

- the checkpoints are equipped with lavatories;

- the installation of devices for measuring CO concentration and appropriate alarm devices for CO control installed in the checkpoint premises is envisaged;

 - In the entrance/exit ramp, sockets are provided for the connection of electrified firefighting equipment;

 - socket blocks are provided in the checkpoint premises N r.=3.0 kW for the connection of household appliances;

 - light sockets (2 pcs.) are provided in the valet's room;

 - In the parking lot in the manege storage areas provided wheel chocks, to which the cars are installed end-side (distance from the wall 1.5 m and H = 0.12m).

 - to provide evacuation pedestrian walkways with a width of 1000 mm are provided;

 - parking operators are provided with protective clothing;

 - Speed of movement of cars on the parking is limited to 5 km/hour.

Equipment and power consumption.

The following equipment is used in this project:

- Dependent mechanized parking systems with drivers from " Wohr . "-140 units. To which it is necessary to install 70 hydroelectric units with a capacity of 1.5 kW ( N r.=105 kW);

- household equipment for checkpoints (2 units) - 3.0 kW (6.0 kW).

-industrial cleaning equipment -1 unit. -4.0 kW.

Installed capacity of technological electric consumers - 115 kW.

Progressiveness of technological solutions, measures to implement scientific and technological advances.

Technological solutions take into account the requirements of scientific and technological progress and best practices in the organization of parking:

- organization of the compact storage of cars;

- improvement of ecological and criminogenic situation in the city

 

Technical and economic indicators.

The total area of parking - 8000.0 m.

The total number of parking spaces - 200 cars;

Technical and economic index of parking - 20 m2 per one m/m.

The total number of employees - 20 people (including 10 people in the biggest shift). The installed capacity of technological electricity - 100.0 kW.

Electrical installations of technological equipment.

Provide for paragraphs 6.23 and 6.27 of SNiPu 21-02-99.  Electric reliability of power supply to consumers car parking classified as a category of SNiP 21-02-99 paragraph 6.23 (see section EO).

At the ramp near the entrance-departure the sockets connected to the power supply network shall be installed according to I outlets connected to the power grid of the first category for possible use of electrified firefighting equipment.

In the rooms of the checkpoints the following outlets shall be provided N N.r.=3.0 kW for the connection of household appliances.  N r.=105 kW for the connection of parking systems.

To install light sockets (2 pcs.) in the premises of parking operators. Provide for the installation of devices for the measurement of CO concentration and appropriate alarm devices for CO control, installed in the room with 24-hour duty of personnel (checkpoints).

Provide for video surveillance of the entrance/exit to the parking lot with the output to the checkpoint. In the room for temporary stay of persons with disabilities (elevator lobby) there is video surveillance and public address system with the output to the checkpoint.
