Design drawings

The technical solutions adopted in the design drawings, comply with environmental, sanitary, fire protection and other norms and standards applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation and ensure the safe for life and health operation of the facility, provided the working drawings activities. This section of the project provides heating of the Lobby and Prefunction.

Heating

The coolant heating system - hot water. The parameters of the heat carrier in the heating system of the first zone - 85 - 60°C. The heating system of the premises - two-pipe dead-ended with horizontal piping of plastic pipes PE-Xa of firm "Uponor" in floor structure with installation of the distribution headers. Service life of plastic pipes РЕ-Ха of the «Uponor» company is 50 years, the maximum operation temperature is 95 °С, oxygen transmission rate is 0.0926 g/m3*day. The following hating devices are used: built-in floor convectors with fans "Mini Canal DBE" of "Jaga" company; Heating devices «Mini Canal» are completed with thermostatic valves RA-N and drives TWA of «Danfoss». Control of drives of heating devices is made in automated mode acoording to temperature detectors with the possibility to maintain stand-by mode. Polyethylene pipelines, laid in the floor structure, are insulated from heat with pipe insulation firm "K-flex" with thickness 9 mm.

When installing plastic pipe company "Uponor" apply fittings and shaped parts corresponding to the type of pipe the firm. The attachment of polyethylene pipe to the slab to produce by means of the hooks of the company "Uponor". Pipe anchorage should be made on the brackets, pendants, etc. in accordance with the recommendations of the company "Hilti". The piping when passing through walls and floors are to lay in hollows in accordance with clause 6.3.5 of the SP 60. Positioning of mounting on horizontal and vertical pipe sections of heating is the installation company subject to the directives of the project, trace other utilities and in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturers of the system components. System installation of polyethylene pipelines should be made according to the technology and using tools of firm "Uponor". Installation and testing of the heating system to be in accordance with SP 73. After installation and fastening of pipelines on supports (prior to application of the thermal insulation) heating system is subjected to a hydraulic test as per section 4 SP 73. For plastic pipelines' emptying during the repair it is required to apply bleeding of system using pressurized air.A list of the types of work that require preparation of acts of the hidden works of the survey according to the SP 73.13330.2012:

  • Anti-corrosion treatment of pipelines;
  • Sealing the passage of the pipelines through the exterior walls;
  • Thermal insulation of pipelines;
  • Installation piping systems and fixtures to the building;
  • The passages through the walls of pipelines.

Notes

  • Thermal insulation of pipelines is not shown.
  • Layout of the heating system in the premises is made in a floor construction with pipes PE-Xa without slope in insulation "K-Flex" with thickness of 9mm.
  • Installation of the heating devices embedded into the floor should be performed according to manufacturer "JAGA" requirements.
  • In case of crossing the enclosures by pipes PE-Xa in the floor structure, the laying should be made at an angle of 90°.
  • The piping when passing through walls and floors to lay on the liners according to claim 6.3.5 SP 60.13330.2012.
  • Installation and testing of the pipeline must be carried out in accordance with SP 73.13330.2012.
  • Anchoring of heating appliances is shown in one segment of the plan, in other parts it should be made in a similar way.
  • Dimension to note, to precise while assembling.
  • Attachment point of the convector in-built in the floor.
