Drawings of architectural solutions for the construction of the building
Completed the project of architectural solutions for the construction of the building. The business center has dimensions in the axes 55 x 55 m, the top mark is 22 m and consists of three volumes. The building is resolved as a single architectural and town planning ensemble. All three volume blocks are functionally interconnected and form an inner courtyard. The facades of blocks are glass, modular of structural glass. The facade of building (4-storey building) - plaster on the outer layer of brick.
The base of blocks is trimmed with textured concrete, the ramps and steps of the external stairs are lined with natural stone.
The color scheme of the facades - in accordance with the agreement of the ICA.
The structure of the projected object includes:
- - underground parking;
- - hotel rooms with a restaurant;
- - office space with a dining room and conference room;
- - vestibule group, cafe;
- - technical premises of the complex.
DESIGNING OF INTERNAL FINISHES OF ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS
The occupancy of office premises with a total area of 10000 m2 is 555 people.
The hotel part of the complex with a total area of 2000 m2 is located in the 4-storey part of the building and is designed for 20 rooms.
Catering facilities are located in a building and consist of:
- - dining room for office staff at 100 person;
- - a restaurant for residents of the city on 50 person;
- - Restaurant for hotel guests at 20.
Underground parking at 100 parking places.
