Working documentation for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) section has been developed as part of the project documentation for engineering networks in a business center tenant area for subsequent design documentation preparation and construction works for the business center building reconstruction tender.
During the period of fit-out works the Tenants can address all their organizational and technical questions to the Tenant Coordination Team as specified in 1.2 of this Handbook.
In order to start fit-out works in the Premises the Tenant shall ensure that the design and method of fit-out work in the premises leased by it in all aspects and in reasonable detail comply with all regulations and technical standards applied in the design of the Shopping Center.
