The planning organization of the site was developed on a scale of 1: 500 on a copy of the engineering-topographical plan, carried out by the SUE “MOSGORGEOTREST”; Construction site is limited to: The nearest metro station is located 160 meters north of the site. In the designated area there are no buildings and structures to be demolished. On the site there are no communications to be dismantled and repacked. On the site there are no stored engineering communications. Currently, there is a foundation slab on the plot. The hotel complex is designed as a single architectural and town planning ensemble. All three volume blocks are functionally interconnected and form an inner courtyard. Adjustment of design decisions provides for construction of a hotel and business complex of variable number of floors (2-7-14) with an underground parking for 299 cars with the restoration of the facade walls of two demolished buildings at: and including them in the volume of the new building.

Removal of garbage

Design documentation
