GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The general part.

Characteristics of the object

The present project includes the construction model of the Security and Alarm Signal of the STS at the address:. The building is a two-storey complex of commercial premises with parking under the building.

Initial data for design:

  • Terms of Reference (hereinafter TZ) for the construction of the coolant heating circuit;

  • Architectural plans for shopping centers provided by the Customer.

Main technical decisions made in the project

The Security Alarm System (SOTS) is designed to timely notify the Duty Operator of the Central Guard Station (room CCTV OFFICE, 2nd floor) about the penetration (penetration attempt) into the territory of the MEGA Khimki STC, in the allocated technical rooms, in the technological buildings on the adjacent territory, as well as robbery. The operator on duty of the Central Guard Station has the ability to control the system at the automated workplace of the core heating system (CCTV OFFICE, 2nd floor).

The system is targeted and developed on the basis of equipment manufactured by Honeywell Security Deutschland (Germany) (or analogy).

The project envisages equipping the SOTS with all the doors and openings leading to the street from the shopping center (the outer perimeter of the building), as well as some designated technical premises.

The project does not envisage equipping the SOTS equipment with all doors and openings leading to the street from the AUCHAN hypermarket, IKEA and OBI shopping complexes, due to the presence of existing (existing) alarm systems in them.

The main goal of the SOTS is to ensure the sustainable functioning of the Object and prevent threats to Its safety, protect the legitimate interests of the owner of the Object from unlawful encroachments, protect the life and health of customers, employees, visitors to the Object, and prevent the theft of financial and logistical values.

 

Tasks solved projected zotz:

  • prediction, timely detection and elimination of threats to the security of the Object;

  • identifying the causes and conditions conducive to causing financial, material and moral damage to the Object;

  • to prevent disruption of the normal functioning of the Object;

  • creation of a mechanism and conditions for prompt response to security threats and the manifestation of negative trends in the operation of the Facility.

    Sotz provides:

  • graphical display of the system status (norm, alarm), the presence of emergency situations, as well as operational information with the conclusion of floor plans, installation sites of technical means of coolant heating circuit on automated workplace of special technological communication system (or analogy);

  • issuing an alarm signal when attempting to gain unauthorized entry Into the zones protected by the technical means of thermal fluids ;

  • keeping and archiving of the event log, system state and operator actions with indication of time and date;

  • ability to integrate with         other security systems at the software and  hardware level ;

  • uninterrupted operation        of         the entire system (with the exception of      automated workplace of the cutting        fluid)   with     preservation   of all    functions         when

    the external power supply     is         disconnected in the standby mode for at     least 24 hours, in        the            “Alarm” mode at least 3         hours;

  • uninterrupted operation        of         all control devices In case of partial or complete failure of the            communication line   while   maintaining    the following   minimum

    functions :

  • automatic and manual control mode;

  • the accumulation and transmission of data to the upper level during the restoration of the communication line.

    The system works In two modes:

  •  network mode - in the event of any event, the control panel performs all functions and set modes independently under the control of the automated workplace of the heating system. The operator, if necessary, can intervene in the management of the system;

  • offline mode - in the absence of communication with the automated workplace zotz (line break, etc.), the control panel switches to the autonomous system control mode. When the connection is restored, the controller sends the number of events that occurred during the period of non-communication held in non-volatile memory to the central operator’s console.

    The structure of zotz includes:

  • Device Reception and Control (PPK) address ”EMZ 561-MB256 plus” (2 pieces) (or analogy);

  • AWS SOCS - HP Z620 workstation with installed management and display software ’’WINMAG plus” (or analogy);

  •  Remote control and management panel "Keypad TouchCenter Tuxedo” (2 pcs., For the possibility of backup management) (or analogy);

  •  Data processing units IDENT-KEY 3 BUS-2 together with contactless readers IDENT-KEY 3 (for the possibility of local arming / disarming on / off of the allocated premises) (or analogy);

  •  Addressable modules for 5 BUS-2 inputs (extenders for 5 zones, for connecting conventional detectors) (or analogy);

  •  Address mini-modules for 1 input BUS-2 (extenders for 1 zone, for connecting conventional detectors);

  • Security alarm address BUS—2 (see below);

  • Security alarm detectors (see below);

  • Cable communication lines.
