Design of the automatic fire alarm system

Our engineering company completed the design of the installation and commissioning of an automatic fire alarm system (APS) at the 500m.kv office in Moscow, which is being finished, and the work was carried out according to the working drawings developed by us.

DESIGNING FIRE ALARM SYSTEM FOR THE OFFICE

3.1. The automatic fire alarm system (hereinafter APS) is designed in accordance with the requirements
SP5.13130.2009, of the project "Measures to ensure fire safety" and special technical conditions
(STU) on the design of fire protection.
3.2. At the facility, the MTA is provided with connection to the existing loop No. 10.1.2, as well as to the designed
loop №9.4.1. The topology of the APS networks on the object is RING.
3.3. The project provides for the installation of additional equipment in accordance with the technical conditions.
service operation and installation of a new loop No. 9.4.1 for 127 addressable devices, with the installation of a ring module
FX808332 cable and FX808323 expansion boards in the KP9 fire panel.
3.4. Existing detectors and cable routes of the loop No. 10.1.2 are not subject to change, except for possible
minor (0.5-1 m) adjustments of the location of the detectors, taking into account the project of installation of new partitions. AT
Existing tracks of Shell & Core loop No. 10.1.2 are not allowed to turn on new detectors and change the topology
plume. The mounted fire detector network No. 10.1.2 of fire detectors is used as ceiling lights, to which
VUOS mounted on a false ceiling are connected.
3.5. The project provides the following number of fire detectors in 1 room: 2 ceiling, 2 for
false ceiling provided full protection of these to the entire area of the room. For ceiling mounted project detectors
It is intended to install VUOS which are intended for duplication of the state of embedded optical
indicators of fire detectors. The project provides for the protection of all premises of the building indicated in
Terms of Reference (TZ), except for rooms with wet processes (showers, toilets, etc.) and other rooms for
engineering equipment of the building, in which there are no combustible materials.
3.6. Automatic fire alarm system (APS) is designed to detect the source of fire in controlled
premises, processing and providing information at the guard post with the formation of engineering management teams
building systems. To detect a fire in the premises, the project provides for the installation of detectors.
fire smoke address IQ8Quad. Installation of manual firefighters is envisaged on the escape routes and at the exits.
IQ8 detectors at a height of 1.5m from the level of tola.
3.7. The following scope of work is foreseen:
-transfer of flue fire detectors on the ceiling with installation of VUOS on a false ceiling (26 pieces);
- transfer of manual detectors (2 pieces);
-installation of fire smoke detectors on the ceiling with installation of VUOS on a false ceiling (32 pieces);
-installation of smoke smoke detectors on a false ceiling (56 pcs);
-installation of manual detectors (1 pc);
- laying of a cable of a loop of the alarm system (~ 1000 m).
3.8. To unlock the local access control system, as well as to disable local ventilation (fan coil units,
air conditioners, etc.) the installation of ESSER 808623 transponders in SchUP-23-1 / A4-3 (designed, see project
brand spa).
On the compliance of the project with the current rules and regulations
The technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and
hygiene, fire and other standards in force in the Russian Federation provide
operation of the facility, safe for life and health of people, subject to observance of the working drawings
events.

4. POWER SUPPLY AND GROUNDING APS

4.1. In accordance with the EMP, the security and fire alarm and alarm systems are installed to ensure
reliability of power supply are assigned to consumers of the 1st category.
4.2. Power supply and grounding for a fire alarm system with alternating current 220V on the 1st
categories PUE and grounding (zeroing) provides the customer.

5. INFORMATION ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION OF MANUFACTURING AND MANAGEMENT OF ASSEMBLY WORKS

5.1. Installation of the cable network and equipment of the APS system should be performed in accordance with RD78.145-93
(Guide to RD, part 2).
5.2. Before installation work:
- check the integrity and operability of the detectors.
- prepare materials, component parts and tools.
5.3. The condition of cables and wires before installation is checked by an external examination. In addition to inspection
the cable is routed and the integrity of the core insulation is checked.
5.4. To eliminate interference from the electrical network, laying of low-voltage lines is performed on
a distance of at least 0.5 m from the power circuits and lamps.
5.5. Distance from cables and insulated wires of the APS system, laid openly,
directly on the elements of building structures of the premises to open storage
(placement) of combustible materials not less than 0.6 m.
5.6. Installation of alarm loops and installation hardware shall be in accordance with
equipment placement plan, cable routing, and with the observance of measures for
occupational safety and health.
5.7. Connections and taps of wires and cables must be made in switching boxes.
