The sports complex where our company completed the installation and design of an alarm system.

The design of the alarm system of the sports complex

DESIGNING SECURITY ALARM SYSTEMS

General instructions

1. The basis for the development of working documentation is:

- Assignment for the development of project documentation of the object, issued by the Customer-Developer

- Architectural concept of the development of territory and structures

- GPZU, approved by order of the Committee on Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Moscow.

- The project of planning the territory bounded by the streets:

- Decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 16, 2008. №87 "On the composition of sections of project documentation and the requirements for their content";

2. The projected zotz is built on the basis of certified hardware and software.

SOTS provides the following functions:

- round-the-clock and continuous operation of all subsystems included in it in the climatic conditions of the object;

- round-the-clock monitoring of the state of security loops;

- registration of signals of malfunction of the coolant cutting circuit in violation of the integrity of the alarm loop, an attempt to open the receiving and control equipment or detector;

- the possibility of arming and disarming of certain zones and groups of zones of protection, taking into account the separation of powers between the duty operator and the administrator of the COTS;

- logging of coolant events;

- fixing the fact and time of violation of the security line when it is overcome by the violator. The definition of violation of the boundary of protection means the infiltration of the intruder into the protected area of the object by opening more than 100 mm of doors.

The structure of zotz includes the following equipment:

- reception and control equipment (alarm panels);

- peripheral equipment (detectors);

- devices for displaying information about the status of zotz (control panels);

- cable network.

Server equipment, software, fiber optic network, as well as automated security posts are provided by the CER project.

PROJECT DOCUMENTATION OF SOTS SECURITY ALARM

Projected zotz integrated with STN and access control through software.

The project provides for the reception of signals from the perimeter security detectors of the SOP system, the activation / control of perimeter lighting, as well as alarm buttons and monitors of the SVDTS system.

3. Technical decisions made in the documentation comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic, fire-fighting and other standards in force in the Russian Federation, and ensure the operation of the facility that is safe for people's life and health, subject to the measures and equipment operation instructions provided for by the drawings.

When laying, observe the manufacturer’s recommended installation and operating radii for cable bending, the maximum allowable tensile force, and use standard methods for laying and fixing cables. At the end of the installation there should be no residual cable tension.

Cable cutting should be done after the route has been measured. The amount of cable is determined taking into account their laying according to the routes indicated on the project drawings. It is possible to change the routing of cables due to bypassing the engineering equipment of the building. The change in the amount of cable must be agreed with the Customer.

The power supply of the technical means of the system is performed uninterrupted according to the 1st category of power supply reliability (from one AC source with automatic switching in emergency mode to backup power from the rechargeable batteries).

Zotz operates from an alternating current network with a nominal voltage of 220V, frequency of 50 Hz, with voltage fluctuations ranging from -15% to +10 and frequency +/- 1 Hz. To back up power to the system equipment, backup power sources with built-in rechargeable batteries are used. In the event of an emergency shutdown of the main source of mains voltage, the system switches to power supply from backup power sources ensuring the system is operational for 4 hours in standby mode and 1 hour in alarm mode.

Upon completion of the installation, test the laid cables for integrity of the insulation and correct connection.

The required amount of materials and equipment is presented in the specifications of equipment, products and materials.

Hidden works are subject to certification with the preparation of acts in the form of Annex B to SNiP 12-01-2004 "Organization of construction".
