Working documentation for construction of Automatic Fire-Extinguishing Signaling (AFS) in the building
Our company have done working documentation for construction of Automatic Fire-Extinguishing Signaling (AFS) in the building MC.

Working documentation for construction of Automatic Fire-Extinguishing Signaling
In the building underground part was performed in accordance with the following documents:
- Technical task for development of working documentation.
- Agreed "P" stage.
- Architectural solutions agreed with the Customer.
- Technical solutions agreed with the Customer.
Working documentation was performed in accordance with requirements of the following regulatory documents:
- №123-FZ "Federal Law dated July 22, 2008 "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety";
- SP 5.13130.2009 "Set of rules. Fire protection systems. Automatic fire-fighting and fire-alarm units. Standards and design rules";
- SP 6.13130.2009 "Set of rules. Systems of fire protection. Electrical equipment. Requirements of fire safety";
- GOST R 31565-2012 "Cable products. Requirements of fire safety";
- GOST R 21.1101-2009 "System of design documents for construction. Basic requirements for the design and working documents";
- SP 44.13330.2011 "SNIP 2.09.04-87 * Administrative and domestic buildings";
- BCH 60-89 "The communication devices, alarm systems and building management equipment of residential and public buildings. Design Standards ";
- SP 134.13330.2012 "Systems Electrical communication of buildings and structures
- PUE edition.6, 7 "Electrical Installation Code";
- Special Technical Conditions on the design and construction, in terms of fire safety for the Multifunctional Center;
Central equipment of Automatic Fire extinguishing signaling is located:
- CCTV Room, with 24 hour presence of working personnel, where signals are coming, which is zone of H responsibility;
- Central control console of fire-fighting system room, with 24 hour presence of working personnel, where signals are coming, which is zone of Public Center responsibility;
Automatic Fire-Extinguishing Signaling is built based on Esser equipment. Central element of the system is modular control Fire Panel FlexEs. Working documentation is foreseen the Fire Panel with housing for mounting directly on the wall. All message are shown on the display. The complete system is operated via a touch screen.
Control Panels are united into a single network by means of external EsserNet interface. Complete structure of the system is given in the specification of equipment, products and materials.
5. This working documentation should be read in conjunction with the section.
6. Description of the system
In standby mode control panel is continuously monitoring the factors causing the fire in the premise secured and the serviceability of the fire alarm loops. Fire alarm panel provides the following scenarios in case of detection of fire:
a) if any of smoke detector on any premise of the building is activated (except smoke-exhaust areas):
- - displays "Fire" signal, loop number (zone), detector number and room number where detector is installed;
- - generates "Fire" signal in Fire automation security (FAS);
b) if two smoke detectors in one smoke-exhaust areas alarmed or manual pull station are activated:
- - displays "Fire" signal, loop number (zone), detector number and room number where detector is installed;
- - generates "Fire" signal in Fire automation security (FAS);
7. Working documentation foresees technical possibility of the fire signal to the panel of service "01". For this purpose in the fire panel ARK51 the free relay contacts (relay outputs) were foreseen. Selection of object equipment and connection to the panel of service "01" is to be performed by efforts of the Customer after receipt of technical conditions for connection to the panel of the service "01".
8. Installation and repair work in electirc networks and devices (or close to them), as well as work for connection and disconnection of wires should be performed only when de-energized.
9. Cables laying and their installation are to be performed in accordance with the requirements of PUE, SNIP 3.05.06-85, SNIP 12-03-2001, 12-04-2002 snip.
10. Lay out of designed equipment is made with due consideration of acting Regulations for Health and Safety.
11. Cables and loops are to be laid inside the building along the ceiling and walls in corrugated pipe.
12. Works must be performed by a professional installation contractor/company.
Russian version should prevail.
