Video surveillance project for the openspace office at Moscow

Our engineering organization has developed the working documentation of the video surveillance system, which we installed in the office of the collection company. We independently made the project on the basis of the tender documentation, completed the installation of the equipment in the high-rise office, completed the adjustment and completed the installation work.

DESIGNING VIDEO SURVEILLANCE AT COTS OFFICE

3.1. Domed AHD camcorders FZ-DIRP24HA (N) (3.6mm) are used for the organization of a security television system.
3.2. The basis of the system is a video surveillance server with installed software. Server and
The central control panel is installed in the room №18 "Server" on the 1st floor.
3.3. The connection between the cameras, the video surveillance server and the power source of the cameras
Combined cable KKSEV-3 2x0.75 + 1x0.20E. The cable is designed to transmit television signals in
CCTV systems (coaxial conductor) with simultaneous power connection (2 cores with a section of 0.75 mm2) and
microphone devices (1 core shielded with PVC insulation with a cross section of 0.20 mm2)
3.4. COTV provides the following features:
• visual control over the area covered by the system;
• recording of received video streams in the archive of video recordings;
• view the video captured in real time;
• access to the video archive;
3.5. The layout of the equipment and cable routes of the CLEB is shown on sheet 5 of this project.
3.6. Laying of the cable CLEB in the space of the false ceiling to be performed in corrugated pipes from non-propagating
PVC burning. Fastening of pipes to execute according to standard drawings of the manufacturer (DKS)
3.7. It is not allowed to jointly install CTV lines with lines of 110 V and more in one box,
pipe, harness, closed channel of building construction or on one tray. Joint laying of the specified lines
allowed in different compartments of ducts and trays with continuous longitudinal partitions with fire resistance
0.25 h of non-combustible material.
3.8. Cable cutting should be carried out after the control measurement of the laying routes taking into account the location of the designed
equipment.
3.9. Clearances at pipe penetration points through building structures should be sealed with fireproof ones.
materials.
3.10. When laying cable lines, observe the minimum distances to the building construction, power trays and
cables, take into account the location of engineering equipment of adjacent sections - insignificant
adjustment of the route of cable lines on the basis of the above and other local installation conditions.
3.11. Bind cable lines vertically and horizontally in place.
3.12. Working drawings are designed in accordance with applicable regulations, rules and standards.
3.13. All work should be carried out in accordance with the regulatory documents on safety when performing
data types of work. Workers are allowed to perform work only after passing a technical instruction.
security.

4. POWER SUPPLY AND GROUNDING

4.1. CLEB relates to category III electrical receivers according to the degree of reliability of power supply in
according to the EIR.
4.2. Power supply CTV to carry out from the AC network 1F, 220V, 50Hz.
4.3. Power supply of video cameras from bastion's SKAT-V.24x12VDC backup power sources.

PROJECT DOCUMENTATION OF VIDEO SURVEEN COTS

5.1. Electrical work should be carried out in accordance with SP 6.13130-2013, the governing document
RD 78.145-93 "Systems and complexes of the security, fire and security and fire alarm system. Rules
production and acceptance of work. "
5.2. Before installation work:
- check the integrity and operability of the equipment.
- prepare materials, component parts and tools.
5.3. The condition of cables and wires before installation is checked by an external examination. In addition to inspection
the cable is routed and the integrity of the core insulation is checked.
5.4. The frequency of equipment maintenance in accordance with the technical description and instructions for
operation on each product.
5.5. Installation of equipment must be done in compliance with safety regulations, rules
technical operation, operational documents for installed products.
5.6. To protect people from electric shock during assembly work all
non-current, but capable of being energized due to insulation, metal
parts of electrical equipment must be grounded, according to the requirements of ПУЭ.
5.7. All conductors used as grounding are securely connected to the PE bus in
switchboards. For this purpose, 3 and 5-wire power cables with special
grounding conductor with yellow-green marking.
5.8. The working draft was made in accordance with the Safety Rules and requirements of the system.
occupational safety standards (SSBT), which include sanitary and technical measures that
ensure compliance with the following standards: GOST 12.1.003-83 SSBT "Noise", GOST 12.1.004-91 SSBT
"Fire safety".
5.9. In the premises during the installation works to ensure the temperature and humidity, according to
norms.
5.10. The list of types of work for which it is necessary to draw up certificates of examination of hidden works:
- laying of cable lines CTV in the area of false ceilings;
