Automatic fire alarm system

In general information of As-built documentation there is no inscription that the working drawings designed in accordance with applicable rules, regulations and standards. There is no sign of Main project engineer under this inscription.

There is no explanation note.

There is no certificate about finishing of assembling works.

There is no certificate about finishing of balancing and commissioning works.

There is no acceptance certificate of technical alarm devices.

Laying of electric wiring subject to the requirements on protected objects, should be made by insulated wires - in non-metallic pipes. Laying of fire loops is fulfilled without using the pipe.

One of the modules of input-output is installed without a case. 3 cases should be installed according to the equipment specification, but actually is found only 2.

Fire detectors are closed by covers.

Location of heat fire alarm detectors and smoke fire alarm detectors should be made with taking into account the air flow in the protected premises, caused by input or exhaust ventilation, while the distance from the detector to the ventilation holes should not be less than 1 m.

This requirement is not fulfilled. The distance from the detectors to the ventilation holes is less than 1 m.

At removal of fire detectors a signal failure is not generated to the room with a round-the-clock presence of staff.

Check the functionality of Automatic fire alarm system unit was not done generally.

Testing of automatic fire alarm system in the regimes of «attention», «fire» with a test of warning system and fire protection systems (smoke removal) was not made.
