DESIGNING OF MK METAL STRUCTURES
Welding of steel elements to produce electrodes type E42 according to GOST 9467-75. The height of the welds to take the smallest of the thickness of the welded elements.
All metal elements should be coated with GF-021 primer followed by painting with PF-115 enamel for 2 times.
The metal elements of the frame are designed for installation of a chiller weighing G = 7.73 tf, supports for pipelines and a snow load.
All factory connections are welded, assembly - welded and bolted to normal accuracy.
2. In existing ribbed plates, punch holes without damaging the longitudinal and transverse ribs.
3. Bind all holes to clarify the place.
4. In ventilation shafts for openings with a size in the plan of less than 600 mm, jumpers should be made of 012 А400 according to GOST 5781-82.
5. The reinforcement of the coating plate at the hole punching point should be performed according to the principle indicated in section 2-2. The dimensions of the liqueurs in the plan are shown in the drawing.

6. Cross joints of reinforcement in monolithic areas should be performed using double knitting wire b = 0.9-1.0mm according to GOST 3282-74.
7. Protective layer of concrete for reinforcement adopted 20 mm.
8. Fix profiled sheets to the walls of mines with HILTI MB self-locking bolts in each corrugation.
9. Sealant thiokol accepted according to TU 38.1051386 - 80.
