Design of a compressed air line. Laboratory

We have completed the design of the compressed air pipeline system in the Moscow production laboratory.

DESIGNING A COMPRESSED AIR PIPELINE

The working documentation has been developed for distributing low pressure compressed air pipelines (Рр = 6.0 ... 8.0 bar).

Air supply from the existing compressor in the housing.

Insert in the pipeline laid on the second floor, the point is determined during installation.

3. Production and acceptance of work on the installation of pipelines and equipment to perform in accordance with the requirements of SNiPZ.05.05-84 and PB 03-585-03.

Low pressure compressed air piping category

- BV in PB03-585-03.

4. The dimensions of the pipe binding height should be clarified during installation.

5. Lay the pipeline through the ceiling in a sleeve of a larger diameter pipe.


6. Install supports under the pipeline in place.

Distance between supports: for DN10 ... DN15 - no more than 2 m.

7. Pipeline welding shall be performed in accordance with GOST16037-80.

Electrode E42 GOST 9467-75.

8. Pipe bend with a radius of at least 4 days.

9. After installation, test the pipelines:

- for durability by hydraulic pressure Rsp. = 1,25Rr;

- for pneumatic density by pressure Rsp. = 1.0Rp;

Leaks are not allowed.

10. Pipelines should be primed and painted with oil paint in color according to GOST 14202-69.
