COOLING DESIGN

2. This project provides for the provision of cold air conditioning systems. The load on the air conditioning system is 500 kW, of which:

- to central air conditioners 190 kW, cold about carrier - water with parameters 7/12 ° С (warm period of the year);

- on fan coils 310 kW, coolant-water with parameters 7/12 ° С (warm period of the year);

A chiller of the brand CIAT AQUACIATPOWER 2400V LDH, complete with a hydronic module, with a cooling capacity of 552 kW, is adopted for installation.

3. Production and acceptance of works on installation of equipment to produce in accordance with the requirements of technical documentation of manufacturers of equipment and these project drawings.

4. Installation, testing, flushing and purging of pipelines to produce in accordance with SNiP 3.05.05-84, SNiP 12-04-2002, PUE, PB 09-592-03 and POT P M-015-2000.

5. The slopes of pipelines to perform at least 0.002mm in the direction of medium movement.

6. At the highest points of the piping, install air vents DN 15.


7. At the lowest points of the pipelines, install drain fittings with shut-off valves DN25.

8. Installation of pipelines to produce manual arc welding. Cutting the edges of pipes for welding according to GOST 16037-80. Type of electrodes - E42A GOST 9467-75.

9. Holes in metal structures for fastening pipelines to drill at the place during installation. The distance between supports for Du150 pipelines is no more than 5 m.

10. After installation, test the pipelines:

- for strength hydraulic pressure equal to 1.5 leakage, misting and residual deformation are not allowed;

- leak tightness equal to Rrab .; Leakage is not allowed.

Rrab = 3 atm.

11. The passage of the pipeline through the walls is provided in the sleeves.

12. To isolate pipelines of ethylene glycol and water with heat-insulating tubes "Kaiflex EF" 6 = 19 mm. Before insulation, clean the pipelines of dirt and rust and apply an anti-corrosion coating consisting of one layer of soil GF-021 GOST 25129-82 and two layers of paint BT-177 OST 6-10-426-79. The total thickness of the coating 150-200mk.

13. Metal structures for fastening pipelines should be coated with GF-021 GOST 25129-82 * primer and painted with gray PF-115 GOST 6465-76 enamel in two layers.

14. Connect the piping to the equipment by location.
