Our organization has completed the design and installation of a water supply and wastewater disposal system for a water supply and recovery room of a laboratory building in the city of Moscow.

WATER SUPPLY DESIGN

1. The initial data for the development of working documentation are:

-contract

- technological task;

- architectural and construction drawings;

- task of the ventilation and air conditioning group.

2. In this working documentation, networks of water supply and sewage systems of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the building are developed at the address: Moscow

3. In the production of works should strictly observe the measures for the preservation of existing facilities and communications.

4. Installation of water supply and sewage systems shall be maintained in accordance with SNiP 3.05.01-85.

Main pipelines of B1, TZ systems should be laid in thermal insulation "Armaflex".


Cold water supply pipes shall be painted with identification rings in accordance with GOST 14202-69.

5. The pipeline for industrial and fire-fighting water supply pipelines is made of steel water-gas galvanized pipes 080 mm ... 015 mm according to GOST 3262-75 *.

The hot water pipeline is made of galvanized steel water and gas pipes 020 mm ... 015 mm according to GOST 3262-75.

6. Pipelines for household and industrial sewage are made of PVC pipes 0 110 mm according to TU 6-19-231-87.

Pipelines for condensate drainage from fan coils are made of polypropylene pipes 020 mm. Pipelines for condensate drainage should be laid in cable channels of 60 mm x 40 mm from ABB Luca Sistem (Italy).

Installation of the industrial sewage pipe of 0100 mm should be performed by inserting into an existing well (KK-2) on a household sewage network of 200 mm.

7. When inserting the projected sewerage network into the existing network, it is necessary to clarify the mark of the latter.

In accordance with SNiP 3.05.04-85 *, after the installation of the pipeline for the external network of industrial sewage, the construction and installation organization must draw up an inspection certificate for the hidden works in the prescribed form.

8. The symbols of pipelines and elements of sanitary engineering systems are adopted according to GOST 21.205-93 and GOST 21.206-93.

9. Construction and installation works according to SNiP 12-04-2002 "Safety in construction. Part 2. Construction production".

The working documentation has been developed in accordance with the applicable construction, technological and sanitary norms and rules, provides for measures ensuring constructive reliability, fire and explosion safety of facilities, protection of the population and stable operation of the facility in emergency situations, protection of the environment during its operation and meets the requirements of the Federal Law No. 384-ФЗ "Technical Regulations on the Safety of Buildings and Structures" and the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation AI "
