Indoor public areas (dining rooms of the restaurant)
in the warm period of the year, the temperature of 23-24°C, relative humidity of 40-50%. In the cold period of the year, the temperature 20-21°C, relative humidity of 40-50%.
For technical and support facilities
in the warm season air temperature of 16-40°C, relative humidity is not standardized. In the cold period of the year, the temperature 5-30°C, relative humidity is not standardized.
For residential premises
in the warm period of 23-25°C, relative humidity of 45-55%. In the cold period of the year, the temperature 20-23°C, relative humidity of 45-55%.
For premises server (jumper)
in the warm season air temperature of 20-24°C, relative humidity is not standardized. In the cold period, the air temperature is 16°C, relative humidity is not standardized.
2. Ventilation
2.1. To maintain the optimum parameters of indoor air system provides ventilation. Airflows determined by the ventilation rate in accordance with the technological task. The unification of the premises by the HVAC systems manufactured in accordance with temperature, the categories of premises by fire. Just design of the building provides 24 ventilation and air conditioning and 33 exhaust system with a mechanical impulse.
2.2. The flow of air produced by the air valves. In the apartments (4-10 floor) and conference rooms (2nd floor) there is a system variable flow of air.
2.3. At the outlet of the ventilation chambers and when crossing fences with the normalized limit of fire resistance fire retarding valves are installed.
2.4. The ducts are made of galvanized steel, class "A". Transit portions of the ducts are provided for the tightness of the class "In".
2.5. The intake duct teploizolyatsii.
2.6 To remove the products of powder and gas fire (premises 1.56, 2.43.1, 3.20, 4.11, 5.12, 6.12, 7.12, 8.12, 9.12, 10.12, 11.06) used mobile installation.
2.7 To recover the deleted volumes of combustion products in the lower part of the protected premises provided for the supply of outdoor air.
Compensating inflow implemented:
(a) in the corridors 4-10 floors with a separate system CDU.11 using vertical duct General system K2.30;
b) in the premises of the dance hall with separate systems CDW.12 with the transit duct sections General system K2.20;
b) in the indoor areas and using a separate system CDO.13 using the transit duct sections General system K2.18;
g) in the premises of the double-height lobby by opening all doors outside the entrance of the automatic transmission;
d) in the corridors of the 2nd floor 2.08, 2.13 using a separate system CDU.14 using transit duct sections General system K2.24
3. Heating Supply
3.1. The heat source is a Central heating unit (TSC-1), located in the basement elev.-7,200. When heating water with parameters 90/70 °C (heaters for stage 1 and VTZ) and 60/40 °C (heaters for 2 steps).
3.2 double-pipe heat supply Scheme.
3.3 heat consuming system ventilation and air curtains connected to the network of the primary coolant on the independent circuit through the heat exchangers.
3.4 pipework package units heat exchangers designed on the basis of shutoff and control valves of the company "Danfoss" with the use of circulation pumps of the "Wilo".
3.5 All piping laid in thermal insulation.
4. Fire protection
4.1 All transit air ducts are designed with a limit of fire resistance:
- fire resistance limit of the transit duct within a fire compartment served is not standardized.
transit duct systems of another fire compartment have been designed to limit fire resistance EI 150;
transit duct systems of another fire compartment is projected with the limit of fire resistance EI 60 with the installation of the fire of normally open valves on the pipes in the places where they cross each fire barriers with the normalized limit fire resistance REI 150 or more.
transit air ducts within the service of a fire compartment is laid out in one mine with transit ducts of another fire compartment is projected with the limit of fire resistance EI 30.
5. Installation instructions
5.1 nstallation, testing and commissioning of ventilation systems produced in accordance with SP 73.13330.2012 "Internal sanitary systems of buildings actualized edition SNIP 3.05.01-85" and SNIP 12-03-2001 "Safety in construction." Work must be performed by specialized installer.
5.2 Mounting air ducts to the building structure is made according to a series of 5.904.-1.
5.3 Places of transit of passage through the air ducts walls, partitions and ceilings of buildings (including housings and shafts) shouldbe sealed with non-combustible materials, providing the normalized fire resistance crossed with walling.
5.4 Nodes of passage through the outer air ducts enclosures, see the section AR
5.5 After installation of ventilation systems to perform adjustment at the design parameters and make passport of ventilation systems.
5.6 Installation of the heating system to conduct in accordance with SNIP 3.05.01-85 "Internal sanitary systems".
5.7 Installation of thermal insulation materials, produce by technology of the supplier of the isolation.
