Design of heating the dining room of the sport complex
Our organization has completed work on the installation and design of a heating system for a dining room located in a sports complex in Moscow.
HEATING DESIGN
The project provides for a two-pipe horizontal heating system with dead-end movement of the coolant. As the heat carrier of the heating system, water is provided with parameters 90-70 ° С.
The heating of the administrative part is carried out with the help of KVS series KVS valve convectors with a heat radiation screen and an integrated control valve. Heating devices are installed on the legs by the window.
Heating of the technical rooms of the basement is carried out using registers of smooth pipes and compact steel radiators of the firm "Kermi". On each heating device, for the purpose of regulation and hydraulic coordination of the system, a valve RTD-N is installed with pre-setting. Indoors (Mine PBX), and room 0029 (Rectifier PBX) as registers are installed from flat pipes.
PROJECT DOCUMENTATION OF THE HEATING SYSTEM
Separate heating systems are equipped with PBX premises, a dining room and administrative premises of the building. For transportation of the heat carrier metal pipes Uponor MLC are provided. In the upper points of the system, the installation of automatic air vent valves is foreseen, the installation of a Mayevsky crane is foreseen on each heating device. At the lowest points of the system, the installation of drain ball valves is provided. The return and supply line of the heating system is insulated with thermal insulation "K-Flex" 13 mm thick.
The installation of the heating system should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.01-85 "Internal sanitary systems" and SP 41-102-98 "Design and installation of piping heating systems using metal-polymer pipes."
