Design of the ventilation system HVAC in a photo studio

VENTILATION DESIGN

Ventilation photo studio solved existing ventilation systems (107P, I-42B, II-24B, II-7B). This project shows the changes associated with the internal wiring of air ducts in the premises

Air conditioning PROJECT.

To create the required climatic parameters in the room 203 (Pavilion studio) provides split system. Drainage carried out using a pump.

Fire and explosion safety measures and smoke removal.
The project envisages fire prevention measures in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 41-01-2003.
Gaps in the passage of pipelines and ducts through the walls and floors of the building are filled with fireproof materials. Transit air ducts after crossing the ceiling or fire barriers are performed with a fire-retardant coating with a fire resistance of 1 hour.
On the air ducts serving the premises of category “B”, installation of normally open fire-retardant valves is provided. The valves are equipped with automatic and remote controlled actuators.
In case of fire, all ventilation systems are switched off and the remote control system is automatically switched on.
All ventilation equipment is grounded.

1. All openings in the barriers for the passage of communications must be sealed with non-combustible material with a fire resistance limit corresponding to the barrier.
2. All air ducts in vertical risers are covered with fire protection with fire resistance EI60.
3. For air distributors located in the ceiling of the ceiling provided flexible liner with sound insulation. For all diffusers and gratings, make the connection to the size of the connecting pipe.
4. All intake air ducts after inlet installations should be covered with thermal insulation 13 mm thick and λ = 0.04 W / (m * K).
5. The size of all throttle valves, flexible inserts - in the size of the ducts on which they are installed.
6. System diagrams are indicated only for systems subject to adjustment.
7. The top of the duct passes at a distance of 50 mm from the ceiling.
8. The top of the duct passes at a distance of 250 mm from the ceiling.
9. In places inaccessible to service, the throttle valve to provide hatches.

3. The unit is installed under the ceiling, 400 mm from the ceiling.
4. The block is mounted on the wall, the distance from the bottom of the block to the roof is 2000 mm
5. A pump is provided for drainage.
6. Lay the pipe under the ceiling in place.
