The source of heat supply structures are the existing on-site 2-pipe water heating networks. The parameters of the coolant at the input to the TSC 130/70. The heat source for heat consumption systems is the existing central heating station, which connects the heating system according to an independent scheme (through plate water-to-water heat exchangers). To connect the heating systems according to an independent scheme, it is planned to install a plate heat exchanger that provides the parameters of the heat carrier 95 / 65С. Equipment for this is installed in the room for ventilation equipment. A low-noise circulating pump (operating and standby) is installed as a booster of the circulating coolant of the heat carrier of the heat supply system. Estimated hydraulic resistance of the heat supply system 46kPa.

 

 

DESIGN HEAT SUPPLY

Floor heating system project.

For the premises specified in the project, the floor heating is provided with water heating systems. The heat source used is the heat from the circulation pipe of the DHW system. Circulation of the coolant through the contours of the system underfloor heating and maintaining a temperature curve of 47/27 is performed by means of a pump-mixing unit.
