Design parameters of outdoor air:
For ventilation systems:
The cold period (parameters B): tn = -28ºС, I = -27.7 kJ / kg,
The warm period (parameters B): tn = 28.5ºС, I = 54.0 kJ / kg,
Barometric pressure 995 hPa
Sources of heat supply and cold supply:
Heat supply for ventilation systems is carried out from an individual heating point located in the basement of the designed building. The heat carrier of ventilation systems is water with parameters 95-70 ºС. The heat carrier of the ventilation systems serving the pool premises in the cold period of the year is water with parameters 95-70 ºС, in the transitional period of the year water with parameters 60-40 ° С.
The cold source for ventilation systems is chillers installed on the roof of the designed building in axes 10-18. Water with parameters of 7-12 ºС is used as a coolant.
DESIGN SOLUTIONS OF FITNESS CENTER VENTILATION
To ensure the normalized air exchange, maintain the temperature and create an air environment that meets hygienic and technological standards, the building provides forced supply and exhaust ventilation. Volumes of supply and exhaust air are calculated in accordance with the technological task, according to standard multiplicities, as well as taking into account the assimilation of excess heat, moisture and harmful receipts. The intake air is cleaned in pocket filters and, during the cold period of the year, is heated in water heaters, in the warm period of the year cooling of the intake air in surface water coolers is provided. The following rooms are equipped with independent ventilation systems: swimming pool area with a zone of water attractions, showers and changing rooms of the pool office and administrative premises, reagent warehouses, water treatment rooms with an ozonizer, engineering support rooms, technical rooms, sports facilities tive halls, showers and changing rooms of gyms, san. knots and rooms of cleaning stock.
In order to improve the energy efficiency of ventilation systems, heat recovery of exhaust air is used. The following premises are serviced by the supply and exhaust units with a rotor recuperator: an individual heating station, an engineering park for an aquapark, gyms, an aerobics room, a table tennis room.
The normalized value of the relative humidity of air in the premises of sports halls in the cold period of the year is maintained with the help of steam humidifiers installed in the premises of the ventilation chambers.
In the ventilation system of the pool area and the zone of water attractions to reduce heat consumption for heating outdoor air and maintaining the normalized value of the relative humidity of the air in the room, air recirculation is provided. The flow of recirculated air is regulated by a humidity sensor installed in the pool area in the area where people are located. The ventilation system of the universal gym provides two modes of operation. In the cold season, the supply and exhaust system PV1 operates, equipped with a heater. System P1, without a heater, works in conjunction with the system PV1 in the warm period of the year. In order to reduce heat consumption for external air heating and cold consumption for cooling it, recirculation is provided in the ventilation system of the universal gym, the ratio of external and recirculated air consumption is controlled by the CO2 sensor installed in the working area of the room served.
In the premises of chemical and ozone storage facilities, a 1/3 exhaust from the upper zone and 2/3 from the lower zone and emergency exhaust systems are provided, which are triggered when the normalized concentration of harmful substances in the air of the serviced room is exceeded.
Design air temperatures in the rooms: a pool and a zone of water attractions 30 ° С; gyms 15-18 ° C; shower and changing rooms of the pool and sports halls 25 ° С; technical premises 15-16 ° С, administrative premises 20-22 ° С.
The scheme of the air intake of intake systems has been solved taking into account the placement of the air intake grille in a less polluted area.
Ventilation units are located in the ventilation chambers of the basement, second and third
