Major decisions.
Automatic fire protection protection (EPP) is a complex of technical means for prevention, detection, warning and fire fighting, safety in case of fire and automatic locking systems fire safety engineering systems and technological equipment for a given algorithm. Automatic fire protection is based on equipment ESSER by Honeywell. It includes the following systems:
system automatic fire alarm system (APS)
system of notification and management of evacuation in case of fire (EVAs) ;
system smoke ventilation (DN) ;
- access control system (ACS);
system General ventilation.
All these systems are integrated into a single complex, integrated with other systems, protection and dispatching object.
APL provides major functions, namely:
- detection of the source of ignition by means of an automatic fire alarm system;
- automatic control actuation of fire extinguishing and fire protection water supply system;
- disable system General ventilation with fire retarding closing of the valves;
- turn coils;
- moving elevators to the first floor landing and opening them;
signal in the system on unlock doors;
- turning the system on smoke ventilation in the area where the fire occurred;
- transmission of information about the state of fire retarding valves General ventilation, pressurization and smoke control systems, technical means of the APL and their cable lines, the position of the electric valves water extinguishing a fire post;
- audible and visual alarm:
· on fire (details of the fire);
· fault APL technical means;
· about the response in the specified sequence valves smoke ventilation and fire and smoke damper;
- warning lights
· when faults or breaks in the power supply circuits and control devices APL;
· about disabling the audible fire alarm.
Valve control is carried out in 3 modes:
- local (in the setup);
- remote (from manual call points or from the CPU SDR team Manager);
-automatic (fire alarm system).
System ESSER by Honeywell on which to build the APL system allows you to remotely control the valves of smoke and air overpressure from the CPU SDR Manager workstation (workstation) using software WINMAGplus. Workstation with WINMAGplus ordered under the APS.
For system APL applied transponders company Esser/Honeywell, which are connected in a ring plumes of fire alarm systems. In the room of fire post has a Fire panel to display the status of fire protection systems.
Electricity
Electricity APL to provide the first category of reliability PUE from two independent sources with automatic input (ATS) between them, providing hardware APL and in case of total power failure within 24 h in standby mode plus 1 hour of operation in the alarm mode.
Items of electrical equipment automatic fire protection shall meet the requirements of GOST 12.2.007.0.
Grounding (zanolini) shall be subject to all metal parts of electrical equipment that is not normally under tension, but which may be under him, due to the insulation. The potentials must be balanced. Grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms. Earthing (grounding) must be performed in accordance with the "Rules of arrangement of the national electric safety code, edition 7, chief 1.7), SNiP 3.05.06.85 "Electrical device", GOST 12.1.30-81 and technical documentation from the manufacturers of the component parts.
Installation of grounding devices to perform in accordance with the requirements of the "Instructions for performing network grounding in electrical installations"- CH 102-76.
Cable line
The choice of cabling and wires used in the project meet the requirements of GOST R 53315.2009 and JV 6.13130.2009.
Two-wire line interface RS-485 and alarm loop circuits provided by cable type Kipsang(A)-FRHF.
Cables Kipsang(A)-FRHF meet the fire safety requirements established in GOST R IEC 60332-3-22-3005 the retardance when the beam strip, as well as the requirements for fire resistance in accordance with GOST R IEC 60331-23-2003, NPB 248-97 to preserve health when exposed to an open flame for a period of 180 minutes. Sheathed cables of PVC plastic low fire hazard low gas and smoke emission.
Line management is performed by the cable type Pvpgn-FRHF.
Control cables, fire resistant, flame retardant, low smoke and gas emission type Pvpgn-FRHF meet the fire safety requirements established in GOST 12.2.007.14-75 p. 2 as part of the requirements for cables placed in the beam under category "a" with the limit distribution of combustion fire 248-97 p. 5.2.
Power cables fire resistant, flame retardant, low smoke and gas emission type Pvpgn-FRHF meet the fire safety requirements established in GOST 12.2.007.14-75 p. 2 in part requirements cables laid in the beam under category "a" with the limit distribution of combustion fire 248-97 p. 5.2.
The cable line (APL) are placed in a corrugated pipe to appliances and tools APL .
Passages cables through walls and partitions is performed in lengths of steel pipes fixed in the holes by using refractory mortar. The ends of the boxes, lids, pipes, etc. are protected from burrs. The gaps between the cables and conduits are sealed dressed by readily-removable mass of non-combustible material not reduce the fire resistance cross obstacles.
