Design of fire-fighting automation (smoke removal)
Our design organization has completed the working documentation of the automatic fire prevention system of the ventilation of smoke removal and backwater for the residential complex.

DESIGNING SYSTEM FOR COVERING AUTOMATICS
1. Working documentation has been completed for a residential complex with an underground parking, reconstruction of office buildings with a change in functional purpose for housing at the address: Moscow.
2. This working documentation automates the installation of smoke protection (DPS) and fire-retarding valves, engineering systems management (MIS) in case of fire for the NB1.3 building. For automation and signaling of the operation of smoke protection systems (DPS) and fire-retarding valves, engineering systems management (MIS) in case of fire, the technical means of the Orion integrated security system (ISO) Bolid (Russia) are used. The controllers and ISO "Orion" units are interconnected via the RS-485 interface and connected to the S2000M monitoring and control console, which is housed in a room with personnel on duty around the clock-PED SDU (pos. -109), located in the basement floor (mark -3.000) of the building NB 1.1.
3. When a single address and analog smoke detector, or one manual fire detector in the evacuation path, or a fluid flow detector (ALE) of fire extinguishing systems, is triggered in the protected room, the fire alarm system issues a Fire alarm to the S2000M control and management console and on the screen of the ARM “Orion Pro” PC and generates command impulses:
- to turn off general ventilation (turn off supply and exhaust fans), air conditioning;
- on the inclusion of a warning system and management of evacuation of people in case of a fire, the inclusion of flashing boards for people with limited mobility;
- to close the fire damper valves OZK;
- to unlock the code lock access control system;
- transmission of "Fire" and "Malfunction" signals to the dispatching system (SLM);
- ka signal transmission "Fire" on the remote "OT" TsUKS Emergency.
- to control the elevators (transfer to the "Fire hazard" mode).
PROJECT DOCUMENTATION OF THE PROTECTIVE ANTI-DRIVE AUTOMATIC SYSTEM
When a single address and analogue smoke detector is activated in the smoke removal zone or when the remote smoke start button is installed in a cabinet with a fire hydrant, the fire alarm system issues a Fire alarm to the S2000M control panel and the Orion PCM screen. About "and forms, in addition to the above, the command pulses:
- to switch on the smoke protection systems (switching on the smoke removal fans and air overpressure, opening the smoke removal valves, air overpressure and the smoke exhaust compensation valve in the area where the fire occurred).
4. The warning system and management of evacuation in case of fire in the building NB1.3; fire alarm system, flashing boards for low-mobility groups of the population have been developed, unlocking the code locks of the access control system, transmitting "Fire" and "Failure" signals to the dispatching system (ODS), "Fire" signal to the "01" console. tome.
5. Install electrical equipment:
- SQ limit switches - see the technological part of the project.
- targeted signal-starting blocks "S2000-SP2" and devices "UK-VK / 04" - on the walls near the actuators behind the suspended ceiling;
- address dilators "S2000-AR 2" - on the walls behind the suspended ceiling;
- targeted signal-starting blocks "S2000-SP4 / 220" - behind the suspended ceiling next to the smoke removal valves, air overpressure and smoke removal compensation, designed in the RC “TsZH-RD-01.3- OVK”;
- buttons Kn. for testing valves - on the wall at a height of 1.8 mot floor level;
- control and starting blocks "S2000-KPB" (KPB), controllers "S2000-KDL" (KDL), blocks of redundant power supply RIP -24-2 / 7 P1-P -RS "(UZ) - in floor cabinets AS (niches SDR);
- load connection modules "MPN" - in branch boxes of type 53800;
- junction boxes - near actuators (elevator control unit, ventilation control cabinets, EMU shield, air conditioning control units, etc .;

Electrical wiring should be performed in rigid PVC pipes - along walls at a height of 2.2 m from the floor level and over the ceiling behind the suspended ceiling. For branches of electrical wiring, junction boxes with DKS terminal blocks installed in them are used. Tap-off boxes are installed in places accessible for maintenance. In rooms with a finishing finish, the descents of electrical wiring to valve harnesses installed at a height of 200mm from the floor level are hidden in the wall in the penalty using installation boxes of type 59380. When passing through interfloor ceilings, fire-resistant cable penetrations are used for fire insulation of cable routes (see Albom CJSC "DKS" "Typical solutions for the construction of fire-resistant cable penetrations using products for ZA O" DKS ".
7. Power supply of electrical receivers for automation of smoke protection and fire-retarding valves OZK, management of engineering systems in case of fire (see the project “EOM”) is carried out according to I category of reliability from two independent sources through ATS according to I.4.3 SP6.13130.2013. As a backup power source used power supply batteries. The rechargeable batteries provide power to the power consumers in standby mode for 24 hours plus 1 hour of operation of the fire automatics system in alarm mode.
