Our design organization has developed a working documentation for the automatic fire alarm system for an apartment building (residential complex).

DESIGNING FIRE ALARM SYSTEM
1. In this working documentation, the fire alarm system and the warning of the MHI fire (limited mobility groups) for the new construction of the NB1.3 building are made. For the fire alarm system, technical equipment is used by ISO "Orion" ZAO NVP "Bolid" (Russia). The address-analogue fire alarm system is based on the two-wire "S2000-KDL" communication controllers installed in SDR floor cabinets (1. ЗСА1,1.3АС5,1.3АС7)
2. In the fire alarm MGN warning system, it is planned to install the Exit light blinking sirens on floors 1-7, the fire-safe zone on the floor and boards on floors 2-7.
3. To receive information on the response of the fire extinguishing installations, liquid flow indicator devices (ALE) are used, which are connected to the DPLS line through the “S2000-AP2" address expander.
4. To control the opening of fire hydrants, fire-fighting position sensors (DPC) are installed in the cabinets of the PC. A signal to open a fire hydrant is transmitted to the fire alarm system. For the remote start of smoke protection ventilation, a manual start button (SB) is installed in the PC cabinets. The position sensor of the fire hydrant (DPC) and the button for manual start of smoke removal (SB) are included in the fire alarm system through the address C2000-AP2. "
5. To detect a fire in the residential premises of apartments located below 15m above the ground, autonomousSmoke fire detectors IP212-50M2. In residential premises of apartments located above the level of 15m above the ground, common areas, administrative and public premises of the basement, 1 .... 7 floors, point-specific smoke analogue detectors IP2-3-3А-О1-02 are installed. The "Fire" signal is generated and the engineering systems are managed in case of a fire by a signal from a single analogue analogue compressed detector, in accordance with paragraph 14.2 of St. Petersburg. 13130.2009 with Change 1. Manual escape fire detectors are installed on the escape routes in the building. To activate light alarms in the fire (flashing flashing beacons) installed at the emergency exits and at the fireproof zone, the S2000-SP2 unit isp.02 of the Orion ISO are used for people with limited mobility.Light Exit annunciators are fireproof zone permanently on.
6. The controllers and ISO "Orion" units are interconnected via the RS-485 interface and connected to the S2000M control and management console.
The “S2000M” monitoring and control panels of the fire alarm system are located in the premises with the staff on duty, who are on duty around the clock - the SPZ CPU (pos. -109) located in the basement floor (mark -3.000) of the NB1 building . 1. PROJECT-BUDGET DOCUMENTATION OF FIRE ALARM SYSTEM

- the controller "S2000-KDL", the block "S2000-SP2" isp.02, the power unit "RIP-24" isp.51 - in the floor cabinet 1.3AC1, as well as in the box AS1.1 on the 1st floor;
- controller "S2000-KDL", power supply unit "RIP-24" isp.51 - in the box AC1.2 on the 1st floor;
- controller "S2000-KDL" - in the floor cabinet_1BAC5 on the 5th floor and in the floor cabinet 1.3AC7 on the 7th floor;
