Our design organization has completed the development of the design and estimate documentation for the powder fire extinguishing system of the Residential complex with underground parking.

POWDER FIRE EXTINGUISHING PROJECT

1 This working documentation provides protection by automatic powder fire extinguishing installations of two transformer rooms located in the underground parking at level -1, at -7.000, in accordance with paragraph 14 of the Technical requirements for fire protection engineering systems.

2. In accordance with the technical characteristics of combustible materials in these premises, the powder is selected as the recommended extinguishing agent. Powder fire extinguishing installations are based on MPP (N) -9 (p) type powder modules — И-ГЭ -У2 (Tungus-9), filled with ISTO-1 powder (see the calculation of powder fire extinguishing installations).

3. Automation of powder fire extinguishing installations is made on the basis of control and monitoring instruments and control of automatic fire extinguishing equipment “S2000-ASPT”, which are installed in the AC 1.9 cabinet near the transformer premises, interconnected via RS1.1 interface and connected to the control and management console S2000-M "(1.1 PU) in the premises of the CPU SDR (see Sec. TsZH-RD-00- AK.17)

In accordance with paragraph 14.1 and paragraph 14.3 of the joint venture 5.13130.2009 amended. 1 on the overlap of each protected space (fire extinguishing directions), three automatic smoke fire detectors are installed, which are switched on in the alarm loops of the corresponding control panels and controls of automatic fire extinguishing means and S2000-ASPT sirens. For manual start-up of the installation, manual fire detectors are installed at the entrances to the protected premises, remote start-up of the installations can also be carried out from the "S2000 M" console installed in the SPZ CPU room.

4. Equipment install;

- ASPT devices - in an AC 1.9 box near the protected premises on the wall at a height of 1.5m from the floor level;

- VTN smoke detectors - on the ceiling of the protected premises, at a distance of no more than 4.5 m from the wall to the detector and not more than 4.5 m between the detectors with a room height of up to 3.5 m; at a distance of no more than 4.0 m from the wall to the detector and no more than 4.25 m between the detectors with a room height of 3.5 m to 6.0 m;

- element of the VTM “Start” remote control - at the entrance to the protected premises - on the wall at a height of 1.5m from the floor level;

- light panel BIAL1 "Automatic disconnected" - above the entrance from the protection. premises;

- light panel BIAL2 “Do not enter powder” - above the entrance to the security room;

- light panel BIAL3 "Powder go away" - above the exit from the protection. premises;

- Notifier BIAS over the exit from the protected. premises;

- Announcers of the Second World War - on the door;

- reader "Touch Memory" RD outside the protected premises - on the wall at a height of 1.4 m from the floor level;

- install powder fire extinguishing modules on the ceiling of protected premises, ground the housing by connecting to an existing ground loop at least at two points with a wire (pos. 10).

6. Perform electrical wiring on walls and ceilings in a corrugated pipe (pos. 6). Electrical cables should be laid after installation of ventilation ducts, pipes and ducts. Laying routes to clarify during installation.

7. Automatic start-up of the powder fire extinguishing installation is carried out when two smoke detectors are triggered, in the absence of people in the protected room, the “Powder go away” light panel and the siren are turned on. Installations are transferred to a remote start when people are in the room (when a magnetic-contact sensor is triggered on the door). Remote start-up is performed from the remote control unit "ЗДУ -513-3 М".

8. It is possible to restore the automatic start of fire extinguishing installations from the keyboard of the S2000M console or by using the “Touch Memory” key with “Reader-2”.

3 At the Fire alarm signal, the APS system generates impulses to control systems and devices during a fire in an underground parking lot: shutting down general ventilation, unlocking the access control system code locks, turning on the fire alarm system, and elevator control ), the inclusion of boards for installation of PC cabinets, the inclusion of boards ". The electrical power supply of electrical receivers of automatic powder fire extinguishing installations is carried out according to the first category of power supply reliability, according to the ROM, from two independent mutually redundant power sources. As a backup power source used power supply batteries. The rechargeable batteries provide power to the electrical consumers (MPP (N) -9 (п) ~ I-GZ-U2 "Tungus-9" powder extinguishing modules) in standby mode for 24 hours plus 1 hour of the fire automatics system in the alarm mode.

10. The calculation of powder fire extinguishing installations was made in accordance with the Code of Regulations SP 5.13130.2009 with Amendment 1 "Fire protection systems. Automatic fire alarm and fire extinguishing installations. Design standards and rules."

11. Electric power supply for automatic powder fire extinguishing installations - see sect. CJ-RD-00- ZOM, removal of the extinguishing agent after the end of the AUPTT operation - see sect. ЦЖ-РД-00-ОВД.

Calculation of powder fire extinguishing installations. 

  • The calculation of the number of modules is made in accordance with SP 5.13130.2009 (Appendix I is recommended). 

The number of modules required for fire extinguishing on the area of the protected premises is determined by the formula: N = Sy / SH k1x k2 k3 x k4, where: 

N is the number of modules, units; 

Sy is the area of the protected premises - 12.04 m2; 

SH- area protected by one module - 62 m2 (for modules type MPP (N) -9 (p) -I-GZ-U2 "Tungus-9" for rooms with fire class "A" according to GOST 27331-87); 

K1 - the coefficient of uneven spray powder -1,0; 

k2 - safety factor, taking into account the shadow of the possible source of fire -1,2; 

KZ - coefficient taking into account the change in the fire extinguishing efficiency of the used powder by 

with respect to combustible material in the protected area compared with gasoline AI-92. 

According to table I1 (Appendix I-recommended) JV No. 5,13130.2009 KZ is equal to 1.0. K4 - coefficient taking into account the degree of leakage of the room - 1.2. 

N = 12.04 / 62x1x1.2x1x1.2 = 0.3 pcs. 

We accept the installation for each direction of powder fire extinguishing on 1 module in each room of transformers. 

  • In accordance with clause 9.2.15. SP 5.13130.2009 the project provides for a 100% reserve: 

- module type МПП (Н) -9 (п) -И-ГЗ-У2 "Tungus-9" in the amount of 1 pc. 

The stock of modules must be stored in the warehouse of the facility or organization that provides service maintenance of powder fire extinguishing installations.
