DESIGNING SOUE

.The warning system and management of evacuation of people in case of a fire is one of the constituent parts of a set of technical means and organizational measures that ensure the safety of people in the event of a fire or other emergency. The fire alert system is designed to inform people about a fire and manage their evacuation to a safe area.

2. In this working documentation, a system of speech and sound notification of people about a fire in the rooms of the aboveground part on the 1st to 7th floors and on the roof of the NB1.3 building has been developed.

The warning system for people in case of a fire in the premises of individual storehouses of tenants and technical premises of the building at level -1 (Fire compartment No. 8) was developed in the working documentation.

3. In accordance with the requirements of the EGS, "Technical requirements for the quality of technical solutions made in the working documentation and to the results of construction and installation works (internal engineering systems)" and with the approved stage "PD", an alert and management system for evacuation of people at fire of the third type.

SOUE of this type includes light, sound and speech warning of people about a fire.

4. The fire warning light includes light signs “Exit”, installed near emergency exits and direction indicators. Light warning of people about a fire is projected in the section.

5. The equipment of the voice alert system is made taking into account the presence in the above-ground part of people with limited mobility in accordance with the requirements of SP59.13330.2012, SP35-101-2001, SP35-103-2001. For this purpose, flashing light alarms are provided: the “Fireproof Zone” signs and the “Exit” signage for people with limited mobility, as designed in the section.

6. The sound alert function is performed by the voice alert equipment by applying the “Siren” tone signal.

7. The system of sound and speech alerts is designed on the basis of the hardware of the INTER-M system.

(manufacturer - South Korea), or another manufacturer,

having the Russian certificates of conformity and fire safety.

8. The activation of the warning system can be carried out:

- automatically - after receiving a fire report using technical means of the fire alarm system and fire extinguishing installations;

- manually - by the dispatcher after receiving the alarm signal from the technical means of the fire alarm system or fire extinguishing installations, by telephone or in another way, after checking it and confirming the need to evacuate people.

In addition, technical means of the voice alarm system can be used to transmit other service information. The transmission of these messages is automatically interrupted during a fire.

9. The system of speech and sound notification of people about a fire consists of sound amplifying equipment, loudspeakers and communication lines.

10. Rack of sound amplification of the voice alarm system AP4, common to the aboveground parts of buildings NB1.1, NB1.2, NB1.3, NB2, NB3, should be installed in the central control room of the fire protection systems

(pos. -1.109) in the basement at mark. -3.000 buildings NB1.1, with personnel, who are on duty around the clock, where the automated workplace of the integrated security system Orion PRO (APM ISO Orion PRO) is installed, control panels and fire alarm relay modules.

The sound amplification rack of the AP4 warning system is of a rack type, the rack (19 "box) is installed on the floor, the microphone console MK4 is installed on the operator's table of the central self-government relay.

Placement of equipment in the premises of the central distribution center, the general structural electrical circuit, the composition of the equipment of the AR4 warning rack are developed in the working documentation TSZ-RD-00-AK.17 "Central control panel of fire protection systems (CPU SPZ)",

11. Install the loudspeakers in the NB1.3 building in all places with permanent or temporary stay of people.

The power and the number of loudspeakers are selected based on the requirements of ensuring a sound level exceeding

constant noise level of 15 dBA, but not more than 120 dBA at any point of the protected premises. The loudspeakers are connected to the network without connectors and do not have volume controls.

Speech alarms (loudspeakers) BIAD in the building to install:

- ceiling - in the construction of suspended ceilings of protected premises,

- wall - on the walls, so that their upper part is at least 2.3 from the floor level, but the distance from the ceiling to the upper part of the siren should be at least 150 mm.

- all-weather loudspeakers on the roof of the building - on the walls at a height of at least 2.3 mot roof level.

12. Turning on the fire alert system provides:

- broadcasting warning signals to all places of the building where permanent or temporary stay of people is possible;

- transmission of warning signals to one, several or all zones;

- priority transmission of pre-recorded voice messages to pre-programmed zones, several zones or to all zones by signals of the fire alarm system;

- transmission of specially developed voice messages to the duty center of the SDR aimed at preventing panic and other phenomena that impede the evacuation process;

13. The warning system electrical wiring should be performed in rigid PVC pipes of the DKS company along the walls at a height of 2.2m from the floor level, in rooms equipped with suspended ceilings — walls and ceilings in the space behind the suspended ceiling. For branch lines of the warning system to the loudspeakers, the junction boxes with the terminal strips installed in them are used. Tap-off boxes are installed in places accessible for maintenance.

Wiring warning system of people about a fire in the aboveground part of the building NB1.3, laid in the basement at mark. -3.000 and on-1 level of the building NB1.1 in the area of storerooms and technical rooms, run on the tray, designed in the working documentation.

Wiring warning system, laid in transit through the premises of the underground parking to the building NB1.3, run in the building structure, designed in the section on the task.

In the building construction, the warning system wiring (U-100B) should be laid along the tray in a compartment of the tray separate from the fire alarm cables (U = -4V, -24V).

In rooms with a finishing finish, cable runs to wall-mounted loudspeakers are hidden in the wall in a penalty using installation boxes or in a mortgage structure (installation boxes and pipes embedded in the wall).

14. The power supply of the electric receivers of the warning system and the management of evacuation of people in case of fire is carried out according to the I category of power supply reliability, according to the Electrical Installation Code, from two independent mutually redundant power supplies after the ATS.

As a backup power source for the AP4 alarm rack, batteries are used that are connected to the PD-6359 power control and distribution unit and the PB-6207 charger; battery capacity provides uninterrupted power to the alarm system for at least 24 hours in standby mode and at least 1 hour in the "Alarm" mode.
