Technical conditions and major requirements for development of design documentation to execute fit-out works of the premises.

Hot Fit will install their Own on Level +21.50 which is drawn on Electrical Drawings. The cabling between distribution panel which are located on +4.80 level and Hot Fit distribution panel will done by RC. All cabling between the sections of and all outgoing feeders will be done by Hot Fit itself.
The feeding line, the cable line, automation of the feeding device: according to the Complex project, according to the established capacity.
Heating, ventilation, conditioning, smoke exhaust.
- Heat Supply Теплоснабжение Temperature chart 80-40°С The connection point's obtainable difference pressure shall be minimum 50 kPA
- Heating supply pipe for radiator: 9276 Watt.
Heating supply pipe for ventilation equipment t: 101300 Watt.

Air-conditioning
Air-conditioning system: with usage of fan coils (to be installed by means and on account of Tenant in accordance with fit-out project)
Heating conductor. Parameters of heating conductor (if foreseen): water t=°Q (temperature is to be changed upon scale dependant on temperature of fresh air). Qот = N.A. At connection point
Cooling conductor: N.A. Parameters of cooling conductor (if foreseen): water t=X, (temperature is to be changed upon scale dependant on temperature of fresh air).

Smoke exhaust
Inside the premises there is a transit air-duct (or finished) of forced smoke exhaust system. Place of smoke exhaust valve connection (to be installed by means and on account of Landlord) is to defined by the tenant project approved by the Landlord.
Water-supply and sewage
Water-supply
Water-supply parameters (if foreseen by the project) 2,5 bar All year.
- CWS, temperature according to sanitary norms. Diameter of pipeline at a connection point
- HWS, temperature t=55°C. Diameter of direct pipeline at a connection point: Diameter of return pipeline at a connection point
Domestic sewage:
Diameter of pipeline (if foreseen) at a connection point: 100mm
Technological sewage:
Diameter of pipeline (if foreseen) at a connection point: 0= mm not foreseen by the project. Refusal from use of engineering systems provided to the Premises (items 2-4) is not allowed without approval by the Landlord. In case of necessity to increase the capacity and (or) addition of the missing engineering systems, the Tenant is to apply to a Landlord with a request including calculation confirming necessity to improve capacity.
Requirements to design.
During the project development process it is required to consider and execute the following:
- Existing source data/настоящие исходные данные,
- Requirements stipulated in the Handbook ” Tenants.
- Conditional statements stipulated in the lease agreements of premises and its appendices.
- Requirements of regulative documentation of Russian federation acting at the moment of design development and execution of fit-out works.
Design documentation is to be developed by a licensed contractor (existence of SRO is required). Design documentation is to include but not be limited with the following sections:
- Section AS (architectural solutions)
- Section PE (power equipment)
- Section HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) except for the premises where such systems are not used.
- Section WS (water and sewage), except for the premises where such systems are not used.
- Section FFM (fire fighting measures), including sections “AFF” (automatic fire fighting), “AFA” (automatic fire alarm), NEMS (notification and evacuation management system
- Special sections, if they are required by fit-out works (Metal construction, low-voltage systems and etc.)
Revision and approval of design documentation.
Design documentation developed in accordance with all the requirements enumerated above (item 5) is to be submitted for revision to the authorized representative of the Landlord - for approval.
Section “PE” is to be additionally approved at Rostechnadzor (Mosenergonadzor). At established capacity more than 100 kWt and also in case of thermal equipment existence or equipment with consumption more than 10 kWt per unit, after completion of fit-out works the tenant is to receive access act to operate the power installation in accordance with order established by Russian Federation. Sections “FFM” completely and sections “AS”, “PE” and “HVAC” in part of conformance to fire safety norms are to be obligatory approved by the official state organ or by specialized company specified by the Landlord.
Telecommunication services.
The supplier of telecommunication services (telephones and internet) in SEC is:

The specified initial technical conditions may be revised during the process of approval of working projects and preparation of initial documentation. In such case, the revised technical conditions will be additionally submitted to Tenant. In case of any questions which may occur during the process of design development and execution of fit-out works of premises, the tenant is to apply to representative of tenant coordination Department.
