Our company has completed the design of architectural solutions and construction work in the administrative building in Moscow.
DESIGNING OF INSIDE FINISHES
The working documentation has been developed in accordance with the applicable building, technological and sanitary norms and rules, provides for measures ensuring constructive reliability, explosion and fire safety of facilities, protection of the population and stable operation of the facility in emergency situations, protection of the environment during its operation and meets the requirements of the federal Law No. 384-ФЗ "Technical Regulations on the Safety of Buildings and Structures" and "Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation uh. "
2. Working documentation is made on the basis of the design specification for the following operating conditions:
- climatic region - Yves according to SNiP 23-01-99;
- the temperature of the coldest five-day week (with a security of 0.92) - minus 28 ° C was taken as the calculated outdoor air temperature;
- the calculated value of the snow load is accepted for the III area according to SNiP 2.01.07-85 * -180 kg / m2;
- wind pressure W = 23 kgf / m2 taken for the I area according to SNiP 2.01.07-85 *.
3. The relative mark of the clean floor of the first floor is taken as existing and does not change.
4. Building Responsibility Class - II.
The degree of fire resistance of the building - II according to the Federal Law of July 22, 2008 No. 123-F3 "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements".
5. In the course of work, it is necessary to draw up the following acts of examination of hidden works:
- to perform waterproofing, vapor barrier, heat insulation;
- on the device of floors;
- availability of certificates of manufacturers (brand of products, class of reinforcement, brand of concrete, wood type, etc.);
- for finishing works;
- cubic durability of concrete and durability of reinforcement laid in construction conditions.

- SNiP 3.03.01-87 "Bearing and enclosing structures";
- SNiP 12.04-2002 "Labor Safety in Construction";
7. All changes made to the project by the contracting organization or the customer must be previously approved by the project organization or the designer supervision representative.
8. All dimensions and marks are specified at the place of work.
9. In freight elevators install doors with fire resistance for at least 30 minutes.
