 1. Working documentation for the creation of Protective-emergency signaling (PES) at the address: Moscow, , was created in accordance with the "Terms of Reference for the development of working documentation",  specifications, architectural - construction plans and solutions agreed upon customer.

2.Working documentation complies with the regulatory documents:

- Engineering recommendations & minimum standartds v. 4.0, Hyatt international technical services, inc.

- RD 78.143.92 “Systems and burglar alarm systems. Elements of the technical safety of the objects. design standards”;

- GOST R 21.1101-2009 "System of design documents for  construction.

Basic requirements for the design and working documents";

- "Rules for Electrical".

3.  Protective-emergency signaling (PES)  is part of Security system. PES is designed for around the clock monitoring of protected areas at the facts (attempts) penetration, as well as early warning security object. PES is based on hardware firm BOSCH.

4. The system includes:
- Installation: server (refer to the draft "system of collecting and processing information," РД-01-ССОИ), the main panel module;
- Peripheral equipment: front-end modules, LSN, control panel, display panel, detectors obekmnye optoelectronic, buttons, alarm, security detectors magneto-contact, sirens combined, Electromagnetic locks, emergency button door;
- Equipment of workstations workstations (workstations and monitors) - accounted for the project "The system of collecting and processing information," РД-01-ССОИ.

5. Central equipment installed in 19" rack in the focal zone TSOD. Rack are provided by the project "Information collection and processing" РД-01-ССОИ.

Equipment of working places placed on the table. Furniture provided by the Customer. Before placing the equipment of working places need to check with the customer placing them indoors.

Peripheral equipment installed in accordance with the plans of the location of the equipment.

6. PES equipment is connected to a dedicated network of integrated information security system.  Information Network organized by the project "Structural cable system" РД-01-СКС1.

7. Power supply of  PES equipment is carried on the network LAN switch for PoE. Power central equipment, workstations and waterproof camera housings is on Task for power supply РД-01-СОТC-022-Р2.

8. Installation of equipment to perform in accordance with the accompanying drawings, diagrams, technical documentation, and manufacturer's instructions for installing. Allowed refinement of the location of the equipment in place, in accordance with the instructions for installation of devices. Installation and commissioning must be carried out by a specialized organization, which has a license. Cabling on the walls done in corrugated pipe in wall chase.

9. Installation and connection of the equipment to produce strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions.

10. Work on the installation of equipment to perform in compliance with the safety measures and safety. Construction and installation work must be performed by an organization that has a license to perform these types of jobs.

11. System must be in compliance with safety regulations, technical documentation, operational documents for the product.

12. Types and models of equipment specified in the specification can be adjusted and replaced in accordance with changes in the product line producer on the same or better in the parameters and functional.
