DESIGNING OF ADD ADVERTISING

To improve the reliability of operation of engineering equipment of the bank’s offices, timely prevent emergency situations, centralized management and control of technological parameters, it is necessary to design a unified dispatch control system.

1. General provisions of the draft asdu

1.1. The present technical task provides for the development of a project for a centralized dispatch system for engineering systems of the Moscow offices of the bank.

2. Purpose of the dispatch system

The system of centralized dispatch control is designed to monitor technological processes and processes to ensure the functioning of engineering equipment in the head office and additional offices of the bank; transmission of information about the state of the equipment via communication channels to the control room of the bank for further processing in order to assess, prevent and eliminate the consequences of destabilizing factors in real time.

3. The composition of the dispatch system

The composition and main technical parameters of the central dispatch control system should be designed taking into account integration into the existing dispatching system of the head office of the bank. with installation of an additional automated workplace in pom. 120

The project should provide for the necessary replacement or upgrading of software and hardware of the existing dispatch centers, taking into account the increase in the amount of information processed.

Dispatching system to provide on the basis of software and hardware f. Honeywell. The dispatching system equipment must support open data exchange standards in the field of building automation: BACnet®; LONWORKS®; Mod-Bus.

Integration into a single dispatching system of offices equipped with a production automation system f. Honeywell, to use BNA-IP network converters or BACnet® / IP data exchange protocol with the inclusion of a bank on the basis of a local area network Ethernet in a single information network.

Integration into the dispatching system of offices equipped with automation from other manufacturers should be designed taking into account the technical characteristics of the installed equipment using gateway converters. In the absence of the possibility of data conversion, provide for a partial or complete replacement of the existing equipment with a similar production of Honeywell.

The list of dispatchable systems and parameters is determined and approved individually for each object after the survey.

The power supply of the equipment of the dispatching system should be carried out from the AC network of 380/220 V, 50 Hz with the use of uninterruptible power supply units on rechargeable batteries and provided as power supply of the 1st category electrical receivers. Fluctuations of the AC supply voltage should not exceed ± 5% of the nominal. Oscillation frequency AC should not exceed ± 1% nominal.
