Design of automation ventilation for administrative building
Our organization has completed the installation and design of a ventilation automation system for an office building in Moscow.
DESIGN OF VENTILATION AUTOMATION
This kit provides for the automation of the ventilation system in the reconstructed building 21, blocking the operation of the ventilating system fans with the fire alarm system.
Air supply ventilation systems P1, P2, PZ, PZr are equipped with a set of automation, which is ordered simultaneously with the ventilation equipment of the VEZA company. The working documentation for these systems provides only cable products and elements necessary to turn them off in case of fire. The shield and devices are connected by the installation organization according to the technical data sheets of the purchased equipment. Cable products for installation of automation systems for ventilation systems of the VEZA company are ordered in the specification as a separate section for each ventilation system. Local control of ventilation systems is carried out from the complete panels installed in the ventilation chambers.
Management of exhaust ventilation systems В1.1, В1.2, В1.3, В2 is provided from control boxes of type Я5111М installed in the utility room (room 407) and from room 120 from posts
alarm systems and further to the central fire alarm equipment in the building of building No. 20. (see project of brand 0772-21 - SS).
PROJECT DOCUMENTATION AOW AUTOMATION VENTILATION
Electrical wiring in the enclosure is performed:
- behind a suspended ceiling, in technical rooms - by cable structures or on brackets;
- on the roof - in steel water and gas pipes.
Wiring from junction boxes and blocks of matching relays is carried out in metal hoses. To carry out laying after installation of an equipment and air ducts.
All metal parts and installations of control and automation should be grounded in accordance with the EMP.
Safety
All installation work must be carried out in accordance with SNIP III-4-80 *, GOST 12.1.019-79, GOST 12.3.019-80, OSTN600-93 and RD 78-145-93.
Installation works, as well as maintenance works are carried out in compliance with the "Rules of technical operation of consumers" and "Rules of safety in the operation of electrical installations of consumers of the State Energy Inspectorate".
The working documentation has been developed in accordance with the applicable construction, technological and sanitary norms and rules, provides for measures ensuring constructive reliability, fire and explosion safety of facilities, protection of the population and stable operation of the facility in emergency situations, protection of the environment during its operation and meets the requirements of the Federal Law No. 384-F3 "Technical Regulations on the Safety of Buildings and Structures" and the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation .
