Design of cold supply for IT rooms in the office center
Our company has developed the project documentation of the crisis management system for the building of the Business Center.

COOLING DESIGN
The purpose of the cooling system is to remove excess heat emitted by the process equipment. Design boundary - stop valves on pipelines when they cross enclosing structures. The operating mode of the IT premises is round-the-clock and year-round - 24 hours, 365 days a year. The design parameters of indoor air for the design of technological conditioning of special rooms are summarized in Table 1. The required parameters are provided by the building systems. The rate of temperature change is not more than 5 ˚C. The set microclimate parameters in the IT premises should be maintained around the clock and year-round.

WORKING DOCUMENTATION COOLING
Isolation hazards except heat smokers building offline is . The amount of heat is taken in accordance with the task of technologists. The indoor row conditioner with the closed cooling architecture CoolTeg AC-TCW-42-30 / 120 of the CONTEG company is installed in the rooms of cross -type KKE. Redundancy according to the N. scheme. The air conditioners with the closed cooling architecture CoolTeg AC-TCW-42-30 / 120 produced by CONTEG are installed in the premises of the server SK-1 and SK-2 . Redundancy, including the pipeline network, is provided for under the 2N scheme. Air conditioners with a closed and open cooling architecture CoolTeg AC-TCW-42-30 / 120 produced by CONTEG were installed in the room of the cross -section GKK.". Redundancy, including the pipeline network, is envisaged under the 2 N scheme . To ensure the calculated flow distribution, manual balancing valves should be installed at the GKK, SK-1, SK-2 and KKE premises. Regulation of air temperature is provided by a 2-way control valve, which are equipped with air conditioners. For protection against scale and rust from the heat exchangers of the air conditioner, the installation of strainers with a magnetic insert is provided. Pipe fittings envisaged at Danfoss IT premises". For emptying the refrigeration pipelines, the installation of drain valves at the lowest points of the system is provided. For the release of air provides for the installation of air vent in the upper points of the pipelines, in addition air conditioners are equipped with air vent.
Estimated temperature graph of the coolant 5 / 10˚С. Cold supply pipelines are thermally insulated by K - flex pipe insulation"13mm thick. Before applying insulation to protect against external corrosion, the cold-supply pipelines must be cleaned of scale and rust to a metallic luster and coated with KO-811 silicone paint in 2 layers on the ground GF-021 - 1 layer. Cold supply pipelines are made of seamless hot-rolled steel pipes in accordance with GOST 8732-78. Horizontal pipelines are laid with a slope of at least 0.002 in the direction of the slope. Drainage pipes are made of PVC pipes. Installation of cooling systems, their testing and commissioning should be carried out in accordance with SP 73.13330.2012. In serviced areas with the installation of internal door closers, an automatic leak detection system is provided with a signal output to a room with around-the-clock staff. Loads on cooling systemsreduced s in table 2.

In the construction and installation work on this section should be considered:
the implementation of the holes in the interior partitions for laying the projected pipelines.
Fire fighting activities
Air conditioning systems for premises are designed in accordance with the joint venture 60.13330.2012 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning" and joint venture 7.13130.2013 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Fire requirements.
Pipelines at the intersection of floors, interior walls and partitions are laid in sleeves made of non-combustible materials. The sealing of gaps and openings in places where pipelines are laid is provided by non-combustible materials providing the normalized limit of fire resistance of fences.
In the event of a fire, all air conditioning systems are shut off automatically or at the controller’s discretion.
Energy saving
In order to save resources, the project provides for the insulation of refrigeration pipelines.
Automation
System cooling is fully automated and integrated into complex scheduling systems and buildings.
The main functions performed by means of automation:
Control system
-
control the temperature of the coolant I in water systems;
-
control of emergency leaks in serviced premises
The alarm system of the equipment:
-
alarm on, off, crash ;
System of automatic control of parameters:
-
temperature ;
-
consumption.
Automatic blocking system:
-
the inclusion of backup equipment in case of failure of the main.
