   1.1. Initial examination of installed air-conditioning, intake and exhaust ventilation systems:

-checking the availability, completeness and quality of as-built documentation;

-checking the availability of passports and certificates for the equipment and materials used;

- verification of compliance of installations installation of as-built documentation and the requirements of regulatory documents;

- drawing up of the Act of primary inspection of system.

- checking the icing of the compressor and the evaporator;

- checking the functions of the regulating devices;

- monitoring the implementation of personnel restrictions on the operation of air conditioners at low temperatures;

- check the drainage system (condensate drain);

- control of a condition of air filters;

- check the operation of the fan and dampers in all modes.

- cleaning the heat exchanger plates;

- flushing the drainage route with a disinfecting solution;

 - check of pressure and temperature in the refrigerant circuit;

- checking the state of the terminal connections of power supply lines, automatic switches, information cables and their tightening;

- check the oil level in the inspection window;

- check the technical condition of the fans, cleaning;

- check of the crankcase heating system;

- cleaning the humidifier cylinder.

- measurement of current consumption and resistance of the windings of the fan motor, heating system crankcase compressor;

- check the density of the compounds and control of refrigerant leakage, refueling if necessary;

- checking and restoring the paintwork of the brackets and thermal insulation of the tracks;

- carrying out a test for acidity, oil change;

- check valves;

- replacement of fuses;

- analysis of the functioning and preparation of proposals for the repair of air conditioning.
