Section " Automatization systems" the Multipurpose center with the underground parking place, is developed on the basis of:

Architectural-consfruction plans;

Requirements of normative documents of the Russian Federation and the European recommendations;

Requirements of the Contract and the Customer of a under construction object;

Tender documentation

Requirements of the Customer of the design documentation (C00E3T) the technical specification.

Projects of the metering units are developed separately. Projects of automation and an external electric lighting are not included info the given section.

The system of automation is designed as three-level multipurpose system on equipment Honeywell.

THE DESCRIPTION OF SYSTEM

I. The system of cooling system automation includes the control and maintenance of following parameters:

The control and regulation of coolant temperature in primary and secondary contours;

The control of coolant pressure in primary and secondary contours;

The control of temperature of external air;

The control and management of a refrigerating machinery: chillers and dry-coolers;

The control and management of the pump equipment, including management of pumps of a water contour over regulation of frequency of rotation of the engine;

Protection and blocking.

The system of automation a ventilation includes the control and maintenance of following parameters:

The control of temperature of the return heat-carrier;

The control of temperature supply air;

The control of humidity supply air;

The control of a contamination of the filter;

Maintenance of temperature of air in rooms by means of management of valves of hot and cold wafer;

Management of the air valve;

Management of valves of supply air, emission of exhaust air, and also a valve-regulator of the recirculation air. The control of inclusion and normal work of the fan;

The control and maintenance of pressure of air over the systems equipped by frequency converters;

Management of fans.

The system of automation the fan-coils of the common zones includes the control and maintenance of following parameters:

Management of fans;

Management of double-thread valves;

Maintenance of the temperature of air set by the dispatcher in the common zones.

A. The system of automation of electrosupply includes the control and maintenance of following parameters:

The control entry-distributive and protection devices;


The control of work ABP;

The power metering.

The control of work of devices of the guaranteed electrosupply;

The control of work of devices of uninterrupted electrosupply.

The control of a condition and parameters of introduction automatic switches and ABP is carried out under report LONworks: The trips of switches are electronic, with output R3A85. The control of a condition of departing automatic switches is carried out by dry contacts. From offices boards is reading next information: working of input1 working of input2. This information is sending to controllers by dry contacts. Reading of indications under report Modbus RTU. The system is executed on equipment Raychem.

The information exchange between systems should be made under report Modbus.

The system of automatic fire fighting is executed on the equipment "Enpym-2" and includes the control and maintenance of following parameters:

The control of the pump equipment and removal of failures;

Removal of signals of a condition of the relay of a channel of a liquid (if is provided with the fire signal system) control-alarm valves;

The control of pressure over the pressure head pipeline;

Maintenance of pressure in fire pipes.

The system of automation of smoke extract is executed includes the control of a condition of smoke exhaust fans, inclusions of fans is carried out by address relay modules of the fire alarm system. REQUIREMENTS TO INSTALLATION

Prior to the beginning of installation of equipment should be completed constructing and painting and decorating, including readiness of system of power supplies and grounding. The labour safety is provided with exisfinq systems of illumination of workplaces according to sanitary norms and system of ventilation and air-conditioning.
