 The design of an automatic water metering system for residential

DESIGNING OF THE SYSTEM OF ACCOUNTING WATER SUPPLY

1. General information of the WATER FLOW PROJECT.

 1.1. The main purpose of the designed system is ASUVP.

 The main purpose of ASUVP is:

automated commercial and technological accounting of hot and cold water consumption; registration of parameters for collecting, accumulating, processing, displaying information on energy consumption;

transfer of accumulated information on energy consumption to dispatching and settlement centers; energy conservation and consumption management.

1.2. The hierarchy and degree of centralization of automated process control systems.

 ASUVP is performed as a distributed multi-level information-measuring system with centralized control and a distributed measurement function.
• First level system

Energy meters (hot and cold water meters) have been entered into the State Register of measuring instruments of the Russian Federation, equipped with a pulsed telemetric output.
• Second level system

Pulse counters - Pulsar recorders (Gestreestr №25951-03) - secondary devices, each of which are connected to ten (for the Pulsar-10) and up to sixteen (for the Pulsar-16) counters with pulse output. Pulse counters - Pulsar recorders are used to accumulate a number of impulse information from primary counters with reference to astronomical time and transmit data in digital format to a home recorder (RS-485 standard).
• The third level of the system

House recorder - a device for collecting and transmitting data from the Data Collection and Transmission Device "Pulsar" provides for the collection, storage and transmission of information on water consumption to the upper level, as well as synchronization of metering devices (installed in building 4 (НВ1)).
• The fourth level of the system

Personal computer - as a workplace operator.
• Auxiliary devices of the system.

Converters, repeaters, modems, power supplies provide the transfer of information from water meters to the operator's computer.

1.3. Organization ASUVP.

Energy meters with telemetry output are connected to pulse counters - the Pulsar recorders. The transmission of measurement information to a computer is carried out via the RS-485 standard via switched (using a modem) and non-switched (using a USPD) wire communication lines, as well as over the air using a GSM modem.

If the number of pulse counters in the network exceeds 256, as well as the length of communication lines between pulse counters - the recorders exceeds 1200m, 485/485 repeaters are used, amplifying the signal.

1.4. Functions ASUVP.

maintaining a database of resource consumption on a PC;

preparation of analytical information, reports, protocols, graphs for subsequent printing; issuing invoices to subscribers to pay for consumed energy; informing consumers about the status of payment and resource consumption; the reduction of the in-object balance of energy resources in order to identify foci of unauthorized consumption;

• hourly saving of data on resource consumption in non-volatile memory;

• protection of information from unauthorized access.

2. Technical solutions in the design of automated control systems.

2.1. Equipment ASUVP.

The project provides:

• as an instrument of a measuring automated system for monitoring and recording water consumption, use the pulsar recorder "Pulsar" manufactured by NPP Teplovodohran.

• as an auxiliary device of the automated information-measuring system for commercial metering of electric power, the power supplies “Teplovodohran” - IP15-60 (15V, 4A) are used.

2.2. Technical characteristics of ASUVP.

 Technical characteristics of the pulse counter - recorder "Pulsar-10" ("Pulsar-16"): the number of input channels: 10 (16);

 type of pulse sensors: reed, transistor or active (potential); input frequency, Hz, not more: 200;

 external supply voltage required for interface operation: 7-20V; archive depth: hourly-1080, daily-180, monthly-24 months; the accuracy of the internal clock: 0.01%;

 limit of the relative error of measuring the number of pulses: 0.1%; operating temperature: -1Q82 + 5Q2; PLD (C / 8

 average service life: at least 12 years; battery life: at least 12 years.

23. Parameters of programming of automated automated control systems.

The system programming parameters are summarized in the parameterization tables. The parameters are programmed by the organization that assembles the automated process control system with the help of the automatic control system for the automatic system of automated control of the electrical system. The collection of readings from the counters, their archives and the formation of reports of various types is carried out using the program "ASUVPPlysar".

3. Technical solutions for installation of automated control systems.

Installation work of the information part to produce in the absence of voltage in the network.

For installation of the system, use the power cable of the PVSng (A) -8x 2x1 interface and the information wire of the KVP EF m (A) -LS-5e 2x2x0.52 interface (KVP EF m (A) -LS-5e 1x2x0.52). Wires PVSNG (A) -BB 2x1 and KVP EF ng (A) -LS-5 e 1x2x0,52 to stretch in low-current risers from the upper floor to the terminal strips in the operating cabinet, which is installed in the switchboard building 4 height 1,5m from the floor. Broach wires in the interfloor span to implement through mortgage sleeves, which are installed during the construction of the house on the project CC1. In the parking lot, on the 1st floor, if the lines of lines coincide, they should be laid in a low-current tray, tied over 0.80 meters, if the lines in the parking lot and the switchboard wires do not match, they should be laid in a corrugated pipe.

 Pulse counters - Pulsar recorders for apartments should be installed in technical premises on a free wall, fixed on a dinrake. The type of counters of impulses-registrars in the floor board should be set according to the project structural diagram. The power supply wire of the PVSNG (A) -8x 2x1 interface (counter contacts 11 (15) and 12 (16)), the information wire of the KVP EF hz interface (A) -LS-5 e 1x2x0.52 (counter contacts 9 (13) and 10 (14)) pulse counters - recorders in the floor boards of the UERM connect in parallel.

From the cold and hot water meters to the pulse meters - Pulsar recorders, lay the KVP EF m (A) -LS-5e 2x2x0.52 wire in the PVCv electrical installation pipe in the suspended ceiling.

Connect the wires from the water meters to the KVP EF hz (A) -LS-5 e 2x2x0.52 wire through the terminal box (KK) and then connect to the pulse recorder (contact contacts +1,3,5,7 (1,3,5, 7,9,11) and 2,4,6,8 (2,4,6,8,10,12) according to the wiring diagram.

Install BZN-10 terminal blocks in the cabinet (for supply and information lines, separate to which corresponding lines of wires should be connected. To connect a computer when polling and programming meters in cabinets, install an outlet with 220V power supplied through a circuit breaker.

To supply the Pulsar pulse recorders in the cabinet, install a power supply unit (15V, 4A). Connect the power supply to the power supply. To convert RS-485 to RS-232 (the ability to obtain information on a computer) in the cabinet install the DRC. USPD connect to informational pads.

After installation, the counters pulse recorders

4. Technical solutions for commissioning of the automated system.

 The software included in the system performs the following functions:
• polling pulse counters - Pulsar recorders;
• control of communication lines with meters;
• maintaining a database of resource consumption;
• providing the ability to view information on the consumption of resources;
• preparation of reports, protocols, graphs for subsequent printing;
• issuing invoices to subscribers to pay for consumed energy.

Interrogation of the pulsar pulse recorders "Pulsar" is possible only in the case of the presence of an external supply voltage of the interface part. In the case of the absence of external power, the pulse counters-recorders continue to perform their main function - the registration of information on the consumption of resources. The software requires an IBM-compatible computer with an operating system.

5. Safety requirements for installation of systems

Before operating, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the operational documentation for meters.

The installation, maintenance and repair of meters are allowed to persons who have been instructed in safety and have a qualification group in electrical safety not lower than W for electrical installations up to 1000V.

When working related to the installation of meters, the requirements of GOST 12.2.007.0 and the “Rules for technical operation of electrical installations of consumers and safety regulations for the operation of electrical installations of consumers”, approved by Rostechnadzor, must be observed.
