Crisis Management system designing
Our company has developed the design documentation of the crisis management system for the building of the Business Center.

DESIGNING SYSTEM
This section of the working documentation "Communication and Crisis Management Subsystem" is made on the basis of the technical specifications for the development of the working documentation of the subsection: at the Multifunctional Complex facility. The section deals with the organization of the radio coverage zone of the TETRA standard network, which is part of the communication and crisis management subsystem, in a building and a multi-purpose building.
The installed equipment is certified by the Ministry of Communications of Russia and approved for use. The equipment used does not produce any harmful emissions into the environment. Technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic, fire prevention and other standards in force in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure the operation of the object safe for human life and health subject to the measures provided for by the working drawings. To expand the radio coverage zone of the project, it is planned to install two base stations of the TETRA standard, working in conjunction with an optical repeater system. The signal propagation is carried out using antenna-feeder systems.
DESIGN SOLUTIONS
TETRA base stations of the BS414 type, manufactured by DAMM, are located in technical rooms. The connection of optical repeaters to the trunked radio communication system is carried out using a separate fiber optic communication line (FOCL). The connection is made to blocks of optical converters installed near the base stations. Antenna-feeder systems include a set of coaxial radio cables, radiating cables, signal splitters and antennas. Coaxial cables are laid on the walls and ceilings of the building at a distance of at least 100mm from the power electrical cables and at least 400mm from the communications of heating networks and moving mechanisms. The power supply of the designed equipment is carried out at a voltage of 220V / 50 Hz from the power supply sources of the object designed for a separate title. In carrying out work, strict compliance with safety requirements under SNiP 12-03-2001, SNiP 12-04-2001 and fire safety regulations is necessary. Work sites should be equipped with primary fire extinguishing agents. Installation work must be performed by a specialized installation organization licensed to produce this type of work.
