1 General provisions of the design of the burglar alarm

 This project was developed in accordance with the technical task for the security and alarm signaling system (SOTS). The security and alarm system is designed to promptly notify the security service of intrusion or attempted penetration of an object or individual premises, or robbery. Intrusion alarms are set to notify you of intrusion into an object, alarms - to notify you of an attack and other abnormal situations.

2 Characteristics of the object

The protected object consists of two adjacent buildings with an underground structure and a basement and an adjoining conference hall.

In the basement and underground structures are located:

medical, office, technical, commercial premises, as well as warehouses and production facilities, cooking workshops;

On the ground floor there are:

registry, reference, doctors' offices, commercial premises, office and technical premises, premises for cooking;

On the second floor are located:

doctor's offices, procedural, operating rooms, radiation diagnosis rooms, service and technical premises;

On the third floor are located:

 hospital wards, doctors' offices, service and technical premises;

On the fourth floor are located:

hospital wards, operating rooms, laboratories, doctors' offices, service and technical premises;

On the fifth floor there are:

hospital wards, doctors' offices, service, technical and administrative premises;

On the sixth floor are located:

 hospital wards, doctors' offices, service and technical premises;

 On the seventh floor are located:

 operating units and doctors' offices;

 The eighth floor is technical.

3 Justification of the choice of technical means for the project of the alarm system

 To build an alarm system, equipment was adopted on the basis of the standard panel “Galaxy-512”. Technology panel "Galaxy-512" supports programmable zones with hard wiring with the ability to expand to 512 zones through multiplex circuit modules. The flexibility of the system organization supports up to 32 remote control panels using MK7 programming consoles. "Galaxy-512" allows you to create an automated workplace integrated with the fire alarm system using common software.

4 Security and alarm system design estimates

 The security and alarm system is designed to timely notify the security service of unauthorized entry or attempted entry into an object or into separate rooms, or a robbery attack. Burglar alarms are set up to notify about unauthorized intrusion into the object, alarms - to alert about the attack and other abnormal situations.

The security and alarm system is provided to ensure:

· Security regime for senior nursing offices;

· Security regime offices offices;

· Security regime for storage sites of medical products;

· Detection of facts and time of unauthorized entry, hacking and attack with simultaneous display in text form on the control panels and monitor of the automated workplace of the COTS operator;

· To alert about the attack and other abnormal situations.

The installed equipment allows you to:

· Registration in real time and long-term storage of information about all events in the system on the hard disk of the automated workplace of the SOTS operator for its subsequent display in text and graphic form, printout on a printer;

· Monitoring the status of loops, detectors with the display of faults on a computer monitor;

· The possibility of separate statement under the protection of individual offices;

· The possibility of password-based delineation of the rights of users of a coolant during the arming, disarming and administration of the system;

· Ability to integrate with other engineering life support systems at the hardware and software level;

· The ability to work offline with all the requirements.

The microprocessor control panels “Galaxy-512” with the required configuration are provided as a control panel device. One security panel is installed in the guard room of building No. 1. This panel monitors the status of security sensors in the basement and the rooms on the first floor of building 4. The other panel is installed in the guard room of building No. 5 and monitors the status of the sensors of the security alarm system of the underground structure building 4-1, building No. 5, building No. 4 on the second to sixth floors, and building No. 7-2. 

Building premises are protected:

· The doorways of the premises are blocked by opening IO-102/4 detectors.

· The volume of premises is monitored by Foton-9 detectors.

· All emergency doors that open onto the street are blocked “by opening” - with magnetic contact detectors IO-102/4. Doors of the central entrance are blocked similarly.

· Entrance metal doors of the premises are blocked “for opening” - by magnetic contact detectors IO-102/6.

· Ground floor windows and basement ceiling windows are blocked by acoustic detectors “Harp” to break the glass of windows included in one zone in the rooms.

According to RD 78.36.003-2002, all the main premises of the building belonging to the subgroup “A I” are equipped with two independent lines of security. These rooms include the offices of senior nurses and department managers:

· 1st line - block the QMS with detectors (ИО 102/4) to open the doors and “Harp” detectors to break the glass of windows included in the same area in the rooms with the output to the Vista panel.

· 2nd line - control of the volume of premises by Foton-9 detectors.

The premises of the “B I” subgroup are equipped with one line of protection: with the inclusion of QMS and “Harp” detectors in one zone.

To notify security officers in a robbery attack, the installation of an alarm button in the reception rooms and cash desks is provided. An alarm button is installed on the guard post with a signal output to the guard post of building No. 1. Power supplies of coolant cooling system installed in the premises of the guard post number 5 and number 1.

 The detectors are connected to the 12V mains from the JB-30 junction box, and the alarm loops are connected from the C072 expansion modules. Cable connections to the detectors on the floor plans are conventionally not shown, but are shown on typical connection diagrams and in the Galaxy boot table. To ensure direct telephone communication of security personnel of the MRC from the ROVD, a telephone must be installed at the security post.

4.1 Removal and placement of premises under protection

 Removal and staging of rooms equipped with a keyboard, which is installed at the entrance to the room, is done by the user by entering a personal access code. Rooms that are not equipped with keyboards, emergency exit doors, windows protected by acoustic detectors are automatically set and removed from the security system, according to the working schedule or by the system operator at the user's request. 

4.2 Workstation

 To organize an automated workplace, each Galaxy-512 panel is equipped with an Ethernet E080 module, which is connected to the EBI server network via a single-port data gateway ADAM4571L. The software allows you to visualize the work of the coolant cooling system, manage and store all data on the operation of the system. Automated workplace common for fire and security alarm systems and access control. The server equipment is taken into account in the project on the fire alarm system.

 Relay modules C037 are designed to send alarms to the monitoring station, alert employees of the security post. To alert security officers about the alarming situation that has arisen, the project provides light-sound alarms installed on the post for each Galaxy-512 panel. “Galaxy-512, when alarm detectors trigger via relay modules, generates a light and sound alarm enable signal.

5 General instructions for installation of the security alarm system

 Installation and commissioning should be performed by a specialized organization that has the appropriate license. Installation of hardware should be performed in accordance with the requirements of this project documentation and RD 78.145-93.

 Deviations from the project documentation during installation are not allowed without the consent of the project organization - the project developer. It is not allowed to replace some technical equipment with others having similar technical and operational characteristics, without coordination with the project organization.

Before the start of installation work, take the MRC building for installation. Take the cables for installation by checking the cable conductors for open, communication, ground and insulation resistance. Examine the technical documentation supplied with the equipment. Check cables for open circuit, connection, insulation resistance. When cutting cables for connecting to equipment, leave a reserve of lengths for a possible 10-fold connection, unless other dimensions are given. Mark the cables at the ends of the tracks and at the branches. Cables and wires knit in bundles with clamps or thread through 1.5 meters. Cables laid in boxes, knit through 1 meter.

When laying cables to withstand the internal bending radius of at least 2 diameters of the cable. Designs for protection of fire alarm wiring from mechanical damage are included in the section of the project "Cable route system" АКС.093.012. Install the equipment and connect the cables to the equipment according to the skeleton scheme, floor plans, blocking points, and also according to the technical documentation for the equipment being installed.

 Along the corridors, cables should be laid on trays, through the premises behind the suspended ceiling, cables should be fixed on the cable, and indoors in the laying pipes. In the attic cables attached to the cable.

 From the Galaxy-512 panels to the extenders and from the power supplies to the JB-30 junction boxes, the MKESh 2x0.75 cable is laid. From each expander and from each JB-30 terminal box, one MKESh 2x0.75 cable was laid to the Foton-9 and Harp detectors. From the expanders to the QMS detectors, alarm buttons are laid on one cable MKESH 2x0.75.

 According to VSN-60-89, at least one box CC-2P (white) is installed for each window and door. The actuator mechanism of the QMS detector is installed hidden.

6 Power Supply

 The power supply of the system equipment is provided for the 1st category of power supply.

 To ensure the standard operating time, the CKAT-1200I7 power sources are reserved by the CKAT-1200R20 sources. UPS SCAT are connected to the ShchOP panel. The calculation of current consumption in standby mode and the standard operating time of the OTS system is given in the appendix.

7 Requirements for maintenance and repair

 The maintenance of the installed equipment is carried out by the personnel of the “Customer” who has the appropriate training and qualification. The service intervals should be carried out in accordance with the technological description for each device.

 Service interval:

 · Monthly maintenance

 · Quarterly MOT

 · Annual maintenance

 in accordance with the technical description of the equipment.

8 Fire fighting measures

 Installed equipment meets fire safety requirements in accordance with GOST 12.2.007.0-75.

9 environmental protection

 During the implementation of this project and in the subsequent exploitation of gaseous, liquid and solid wastes no harmful substances are formed.

Additional measures to protect the environment are not required.
