DESIGNING THE REMOVAL OF EXTERNAL NETWORK NWC

1.1 The working documentation on the object is made on the basis of the following initial data:
- topographic plan of the State Unitary Enterprise "Mosgorgeotrest" M 1: 500
- Annex 1 to the contract design assignment "On the engineering networks of the water supply system, household and rain sewerage falling under the projected facilities of the checkpoint and luggage storage from light structures for the facility;
- technical conditions for work in the area of water supply networks
1.2 Work to strengthen the external water supply networks to be performed in accordance with the instructions of the joint venture 31.13330.2012, 20.13330.2011, 28.13330.2012 70.13330-2012, SNiP 3.05.04-85 *, 3.01.04-87, /// - 4-80 * , 12-03-2001, taking into account the "Rules for the production of earthworks and construction works, laying and reorganization of engineering networks and communications in Moscow", approved by a decree of the Government of Moscow dated August 8, 2000. N603.
1.3 Trenching of underground networks is allowed only under a project agreed with the Department of underground structures of the State Unitary Enterprise Mosgorgeotrest, receiving a construction order from the regional administrative inspection and calling representatives of the relevant services of operational organizations to the site and receiving instructions from them in writing to ensure the safety of their networks and structures.
1.4. In the course of work, it is necessary to strictly observe the measures for the preservation of existing facilities and communications provided for in the project and the conditions prescribed by operating agencies.
1.5 All deviations from the project, caused by the production need, prior to the start of the construction and installation works should be coordinated with the project organization, operating organizations and the maintenance service of the State Unitary Enterprise “Mosgorgeotrest”.
1.6 In accordance with paragraph.3.17 of the SNiP 3.05.04-85 *, the construction and installation organization must draw up an inspection certificate for hidden works in the prescribed form.
1.7 The procedure for testing the strength and tightness is set out in the relevant sections.


2. Plumbing takeaway


2.1 According to Appendix No. 1 to the Contract, the design assignment, the project provides for the strengthening of the existing water supply network falling under the temporary construction of the checkpoint.
2.2 The project provides for the strengthening of the water supply cf = 250 mm laid on the real. a reinforced concrete foundation, a reinforced concrete yoke with dimensions of 600x600 mm, passing in the immediate vicinity of the temporary construction of the checkpoint.
2.3 Prior to the start of reinforced concrete work on the device of a monolithic reinforcement cage, on the edges of the existing railways. the bases expose the reinforcement in accordance with the drawing (sheet 5)
2.4 Reinforced concrete work on the device of the monolithic cage to perform in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.03.01-87.
2.5 Materials and products used in the working documentation must have a fire safety certificate in accordance with the “List of products subject to mandatory certification in the field of fire safety”, approved by order EMERCOM of Russia of July 8, 2002 No. 320, certificate of conformity of Rostekhregulirovanie and sanitary-epidemiological conclusion on compliance state sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations.
2.6 The list of types of work that affect the safety of structures and for which it is necessary to draw up certificates of examination of hidden works, responsible structures:
- device base under the clip of gain;
-installation of reinforcement in structures;
-concrete structures;
-device paint coatings.
2.7. Backfilling of the hollows of the cage should be performed evenly over the entire height with local soil, preventing unilateral pressure on the cage. Compaction factor set to buy = 0.95.
2.8 Concrete works at negative air temperatures should be performed in accordance with the instructions of SP 70.13330.2012.
