Architectural drawings for Hotel and business-center complex building
Our engineering organization has completed the development of the architectural section of the project documentation for the capital construction of a building with an underground parking of a hotel and business complex with a polyclinic.
Designing of architectural solution
Decoration
There were elevators providing the reliability and comfort of passenger service, with a loading capacity of 2000 kg, 1000 kg and 630 kg: 3x1000kg and 1x2000kg in the 10-storey part of the object, 3x1000kg in the 5-storey part of the object and 2x630kg in the 2-storey part of the object; Communication on the floors - stairs and elevators 14x100kg, 4x630kg. The building has dimensions in axes of 55x55 m and a maximum top level of 22 m. Facade decoration:
- Basement, ramps, steps of external stairs - natural stone;
- External walls - floor 1-2 - ventilated facade, above - plaster with subsequent painting with facade dyes with decorative metal elements made of galvanized steel;
- Windows - double glazed windows;
- Stained glass - aluminum.
Color solution in accordance with the color palette. The main landing stop is provided at the 1st floor level. Vertical connection between residential premises and parking is carried out with elevators, with the organization in the underground floors of additional platforms. Elevators are designed taking into account the use of people with limited mobility. Communication on the floors except the elevators is carried out and stairs. To serve people with limited mobility, ramps are provided at all elevation changes. Mine elevators monolithic reinforced concrete. In the event of a fire, the elevators automatically lower (or ascend) to the main landing floor, the doors automatically open (fire danger mode). There are elevators for the transport of fire units according to fire safety standards. The elevator shaft door height is -2.1 m. Elevators are dispatched. Provision is made for a room to accommodate dispatcher communication equipment and service personnel.
