General  notes

Contractor shall verify on site all dimensions and conditions before starting construction work. For dimensions of demolitions see new conditions.    All types of interior and exterior doors and frames shall be removed and transported to an authorized public dump. All exterior aluminum grilles and windows (with roller blind and cabinet when existing) and sills shall be removed and transported to an authorized public dump all sanitaries and accessories shall be removed and transported to an authorized public dump. Only active notes are shown on each sheet.

Removal of the suspended plastered ceiling including supporting frame. Asbestos cement stack to be removed. Metal canopy to be demolished. Disassembly of exterior metal frame, including roof, perimeter glazing, doors frames, counterframes, anchors and cutting in sections of the structural members. Removal of exterior metal shed, including anchors and cuttings in sections of the bearing members. Storage building to be demolished with mechanical equipments and handwork, where necessary. Including foundations.
