The design of Automated Energy Metering System in the Residential Complex

DESIGN

Working draft of the section "Automated information-measuring system for commercial metering of electricity consumption" (AMR) of a residential complex with underground parking, reconstruction of office buildings with a change in functional purpose for housing at the address: Moscow, Central Administrative District, on the basis of the Design Assignment approved by the customer. Additional initial data for the development of working documentation of the "AMR" section are: Architectural-planning-construction of the building.

 The task from the developers of the section "Electrical equipment and electric lighting".

1. General information about the project.

1.1. The main objectives of the designed system of AMR.

The main goal of AMR is to obtain reliable information on the production, transmission and consumption of electric energy in the wholesale and retail electricity markets to solve the main technical and economic tasks: financial settlements for electricity and power between market entities (power supply organizations, electricity consumers, taking into account its quality;

definition and forecasting of technical and economic indicators of production, transmission and distribution of electricity in energy systems;

definition and forecasting of technical and economic indicators of electricity consumption at the enterprises of industry, transport, agriculture, household sector, etc .; energy conservation and consumption management.

1.2. Organization of ASKUE.

 The organization of the automated system for commercial accounting of power consumption at existing electrical installations should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory and technical documents in terms of: installation sites and volumes of electricity metering facilities at power plants, substations and with consumers; accuracy classes of meters and instrument transformers; placement of meters and wiring to them.

Accounting for active and reactive energy and power, as well as quality control of electricity for settlements between the electricity supplying organization and the electrical consumer should be carried out, as a rule, at the border of the balance of the electricity supply network. To improve the efficiency of electricity metering in electrical installations, it is recommended to use AMR, created on the basis of electricity meters and information-measuring systems. Means of electrical energy metering and quality control should be unauthorized access to eliminate the possibility of distorting the results.

1.3. Functions of ASCAE.

The main function of AMR is an automated commercial accounting of accounting points of account, as well as the registration of energy consumption parameters and the formation of accounting data.

2. Technical solutions for the design of automated system for commercial accounting of power consumption.

2.1. The basis for the creation of AMR.

The basis for the creation of the working documentation of the section "Automated information-measuring system of the commercial metering of electricity consumption" is the single-line design diagrams of electrical equipment and technical specifications issued by the customer.

2.2. Equipment ASKUE.

The working draft provides for:
• use Mercury 230ART CN (three-phase) production with the CAN interface, which is designed to meter electrical energy in one direction of the four-wire and two-wire networks, respectively, as instruments of an automated information-measuring system for commercial metering of electricity;
• as an auxiliary device of an automated information-measuring system for commercial metering of electric power, use measuring current transformers T-0.66, which are designed to transform (lower) the current to 5-7.5A.

23. Technical characteristics of ASKUE.

Technical characteristics of the counter Mercury 230ART CN:

nominal (maximum) value of current: 5 (7.5) A, 5 (60) A, 10 (100) A; rated voltage 220 / 380V;

Stopped operating voltage range from 0.85 to I.IUhom .; mains frequency (50 ± 2.5) Hz;

Accuracy class of direct meters when considering: active energy - 1.0, reactive energy - 2.0; Accuracy class of transformer switching meters when accounting for: active energy - 0.5S, reactive energy -1.0; CAN interface. For more detail, see the manual.

2.4. Parameters of programming of ASKUE.

Programming parameters of the counter Mercury 230ART CN (according to the passport):
• rate of exchange on the interface "CAN"; network address; power limit; energy limit for each tariff;

permission / prohibition of the transition from "summer" to "winter" time and back; tariff schedule and holiday schedule;
• current time;

date.

2.5. Remote access to the monitoring center.

Remote reading of information and data transfer to the monitoring center is made by the monitoring device UM-31.

The monitoring device UM-31 provides: 000 * X J
• uninterrupted communication over the information highway cable for remote interrogation, processing and storage

information on the power consumption of subscribers for the previous 12 months from all electricity meters installed in the house; "12" 09
• automatic adjustment of the accuracy of the clock built into the meter by cable

information highway.

3. Technical solutions for installation of the automated system for commercial accounting of power consumption.

Installation work of the power and information parts to produce in the absence of voltage in the power supply network.

To install the system, use the power cable of the interface T1BChz (A) -LS 2x1.0 and HBChz (A) -LS 2x0. 75 and information wire interface KVPEFNG-LSSe-lx 2x0.52. Wires PVSNG (A) -L5 2x1.0 and KVPEFng-LSSe-lx 2x0.52 to stretch in a low-voltage SS riser from universal boxes (UK-4) to terminal blocks of the monitoring device UM-31, which should be installed in a switchboard residential building on a free wall , at a height of 1.5 m from the floor. Broach wires in the interfloor span to implement through mortgage sleeves, which are installed during the construction of the house on the project CC1. Lay the wires in the low-current tray on the 1st floor and in the parking lot, tying tie-ins through 0.80 meters. In the electrical wire lay in corrugated pipe 016mm.

Install the electronic electricity meters Mercury 230ART CN in the floor panel UERM, fastening the fixing bolts. The number of meters in the floor panel should be set according to the project structural schemes. Connect the meters to the electrical network according to the electrical circuit for Mercury 230ART CN.

Supply wire of the PVSNG interface (A) -B2x0.75 (contacts of the counter 18; 23) and information wire of the interface KVPEFNG-LSSe-lx 2x0.52 (contacts of the counter 19; 24) connect the meters in the floor panel UERM in parallel and through the universal box (KU -4) merge with interfloor highway. Electricity meters (input 1, input 2, 1kV tire section, 2kV tire section, AVR, ONE, architectural lighting, storerooms, wine boutique) should be installed in the instrument compartments of the ASP. Connect the meters to electrical energy according to the electrical circuit for Mercury 230ART CN. When connecting the meters through the instrument current transformers, it is necessary to make the connection through the adapter test block, for ease of assembly and disassembly of the meters during replacement.

Electricity counters (input 1, input 2, 1kV bus section, 2kV tire section, AVR, AES, architectural lighting, storerooms, wine boutique) should be connected with the PVSng (A) -BB 2x1.0 wires (counter contacts; 18; 23) and KVPEFng-LSSe-lx 2x0.52 (contacts of the counter 19; 24), and lead to the terminal blocks of the monitoring devices UM-31. To connect a computer when polling and programming the meters in the switchboard section of the EOM, it is provided to install a 220V power outlet. After installation, the counters must be programmed.
