Design of electric lighting for sports complex with an aquapark

DESIGNING ELECTRICAL LIGHTING

In this section of the project, the main principal decisions on the internal electric lighting of the object are presented
This project has been developed on the basis of the customer’s technical specification and related specialties in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.

The estimated power of electric lighting is - 64.2 kW, including
emergency electric lighting - 17.6 kW.
 Network voltage ~ 380 / 220V.
 For the distribution of electricity between the consumers of the electric lighting of the building, the project provides for switchboards for workers and emergency lighting, completed on Schneider Electric equipment and installed in electrical niches. The power supply of the panels for the food processing unit is provided from ASU-1 (developed in the arch.), For the rest of the building - from MSB-2 (developed in the arch.), And runs from different sections of distribution equipment.

The project provides for the following types of electric lighting:
- working lighting at a voltage of ~ 380 / 220B;
- emergency lighting (safety and evacuation lighting) on voltage
  ~ 380 / 220B;
- repair lighting at a voltage of ~ 12V and ~ 36V from safe boxes
  separating transformers of type ЯТП-0,25;
 Voltage on the lamp ~ 220V.

PROJECT DOCUMENTATION OF LIGHTING

Electric lighting is performed by stationary LED lamps and lamps with fluorescent lamps, selected in accordance with the purpose of the premises and the nature of the environment.
In terms of ensuring the reliability of electricity supply, working and emergency lighting belong to category II, evacuation lighting to category I and is performed by Legrand lamps on LEDs with built-in batteries.

 Lighting networks are carried out by cable brand VVGng-LS and laid:
- in rooms with suspended ceiling - behind the ceiling in the trays of "Vergokan"
  (along the corridors) and in electric-welded pipes, along walls (to switches)
  in penalties under a layer of plaster;
- in rooms with a slatted ceiling - behind the ceiling in PVC pipes (if any
  fire safety certificate for pipes and ceilings), along walls
 (to switches) in punctures under a layer of plaster or behind wall cladding;
- in rooms without a false ceiling - on the ceiling and walls in mini-plinths
  firm "Legrand", fixing fixtures to perform to a clean ceiling;
- in technical rooms - open on the walls and ceiling along the C-profile;
- in a technical underground - it is open on walls and a ceiling in electrowelded pipes;
- on staircases - hidden in pensions under a layer of plaster;
- in the interfloor risers - in electrowelded pipes (on the LC it is hidden under the layer
   plaster).
 Lighting networks in rooms with dry heat and baths are made with heat-resistant wire RKGM and laid in a thermo cable.
 Control networks are performed by the control cable brand KVVGng.

 To protect service personnel from electric shock and the normal operation of electrical equipment, the project provides for a grounding system TN-C-S.
 In the construction of the adopted power supply network with the type of systems of current-carrying conductors: - single-phase three-wire.
 To protect against electric shock, the project provides for the earthing of luminaires using zero protective conductors laid as part of group networks, protective disconnection (RCD), the use of undervoltage.
 Issues of grounding, lightning protection and equalization of potentials are considered in the project of arch. .
 In place of the passage of cables through the walls and their exit to the outside, in order to prevent the penetration of water and the spread of fire, close up the gaps between the cable and the pipe, as well as reserve pipes of easily removable mass of fireproof material.
 All installation work should be carried out in accordance with this project, PUE, SNiP, GOST and other guidance documents, and in accordance with the technical and operational documentation for the installed equipment.
