ELECTRICAL DESIGN
Working documentation developed on the basis of the tasks of related departments and architectural and construction drawings in accordance with the PUE ed. 6.7.
According to the degree of ensuring the reliability of power supply, power consumers are assigned to categories I and II.
The distribution network of the power electrical system is adopted by a three-phase, five-wire, with a dead-earthed neutral, voltage 380 / 220V with a grounding system TN-C-S.
The distribution of electricity to consumers from RU n / n (0.4 kV), from section 1 and section 2 is made from cells No. 5, No. 6, No. 8, No. 11.
The project of power electrical equipment includes:
- power supply of process equipment, ventilation systems, air conditioning;
- power outlet network;
- laying of power cables to the installed equipment.
PROJECT DOCUMENTATION
In the project, metal boxes equipped with automatic circuit breakers with combined releasers were used as secondary switchgear to protect electrical networks from short-circuit currents. and overloads, as well as where differential automata are necessary, providing electrical and fire safety of installations.

Automatic control of ventilation systems, technological and pumping equipment is developed in the automation project.
Power supply of equipment, powered by the first category of reliability, is carried out by lines from PR-AHAP. One input SCAP is connected to RU n / n (0.4kV) sec. 1, and the second input to RU n / n (0.4 kV) section 2, cell number 11.
Sewage of electricity inside the enclosure is performed by cable lines openly in wiring trays for building construction, in a corrugated pipe behind suspended ceilings, and also in steel pipes in the floor.
The shells of the secondary switchgear, control gears and conductor material are made in accordance with the environmental conditions in the premises.
DESIGN AND ESTIMATE DOCUMENTATION
Procurement of cables and pipes to produce after the control promera route.
Wiring should allow easy recognition of conductors by color.
Installation of electrical wiring to perform in accordance with the PUE.
To protect service personnel from electric shock, the project provides for the earthing of metal parts of electrical equipment, which may be energized due to insulation failure of electrical wiring and short circuit.
