PROJECT DOCUMENTATION ELECTRICS
1. The project was completed on the basis of the technical specifications and in accordance with the requirements of SP31-110-2003, PUE, GOST R50571.
2. Technical solutions adopted in this set of working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic, fire-fighting and other standards in force in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure the safe operation of the facility while observing the measures provided for in the working drawings.
3. Power supply of pump control stations, see 501-ES. Power supply category - II.
4. Run the wiring from the control point to the pumping station in the HDPE / LDPE pipe laid in the ground. In the control room and in the pumping station, the cables should be laid in the metal hose.
5. The project provides for the lighting of the control station where the pump control station is installed. In the pumping station provides general and repair lighting.
6. The project provides for the following protection measures for direct and indirect contact: - electrical equipment covers, - automatic power off, - protective grounding, - protective shutdown device, - double insulation, - low voltage, - potential equalization.
7. The chromaticity of the cables is made according to the EIR of clause 2.1.31.
8. The project tested the operation of the circuit breakers at short circuit currents. in accordance with the ПУЭ item 1.7.79.
The box must be installed with lockable GZSH in a metal box. on the key of the door and printed sign.
