DESIGNING OF ENERGY DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM 10 KV

Plans
1. On support N1 is installed disconnector RLND-10. Disconnector RLND-10 and cable coupling KMA are mounted on support N3.
2. To protect against VLZ-10 kV lightning surges, the project provides for the installation of long-spark loop arresters of the PDR 10 type. Dischargers are installed phase by phase on each support.
3. The vertical distance from the SIP-3 wires to the ground should be at least 6.0 m.
4. Fastening of SIP-3 wires on insulators should be reinforced.
5. The intersections of the cable with communications should be performed in double-wall HDPE / LDPE pipes d = 110 mm.
PROJECT DOCUMENTATION OF 10KV ELECTRIC NETWORK
1. The project was executed on the basis of technical specifications issued by IDGC of Center and JSC in accordance with the requirements of SP31-110-2003, PUE, GOST R50571.
2. Technical solutions adopted in this set of working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic, fire-fighting and other standards in force in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure the safe operation of the facility while observing the measures provided for in the working drawings.
3. Power supply from the networks of the branch of IDGC of Center, JSC - is performed under the 3rd category. The backup power supply of the 1st and 2nd category power consumers is performed from a diesel generator set.
4. The project provides for the laying of 10-10 kV overhead lines from the end support of the newly mounted section of the Pobeda 10 kV overhead line according to clause 3.1.1 of the technical specifications to the designed KTPNt 400 kVA 10 / 0.4 kV. Connection point - bolted connections of a high-voltage metering station installed on the end support.
5. The line is made with SIP-3 wire 3x70 mm2, laid on reinforced concrete supports. Installation of supports, suspension and fixing the wires on the supports should be performed in accordance with the guidelines of the type series 27.0002.
6. The KTPNt 400 kVA 10 / 0.4 kV installation was performed according to the project 500.2-EP.
7. Electricity metering is carried out in RU-0.4 kV KTPNt 400 kVA. (see 500.2-EP).

9. Grounding of the VLZ-10 kV poles is performed according to the like. 3.407-150. R <10 ohms.
