DESIGNING THE POWER SUPPLY ELECTRICITY

Download the project in AutoCAD dwg

1. The project was completed on the basis of the technical specifications and in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 23-05-95, SP31-110-2003, PUE, GOST R50571. 2. The technical solutions adopted in this set of working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic, fire prevention and other standards in force in the Russian Federation, and ensure the safe operation of the facility while observing the measures provided for by the working drawings.

3. The power supply of the distribution cabinet 5ШР is provided from the designed KTPN 1x400 kVA 10 / 0.4 kV. The distribution cabinet is installed in the switchboard. Electricity metering is carried out in RU-0.4 kV KTPN 1x400 kVA. Back-up power supply is provided from a diesel generator set.

4. The project provides for working and evacuation lighting ~ 220V, repair lighting ~ 36V. Lamps with fluorescent lamps are used as light sources. Types of fixtures correspond to the categories of premises and are indicated on the plan. The project provides light indicators "Exit" with built-in batteries. As evacuation taken lamps with built-in batteries.

5. The electrical wiring is made with a cable VVGNG, laid in a PVC box, PVC pipes on the walls and ceiling.

6. The voltage drop on the lamps does not exceed 2.5%.

7. Grounding of electrical equipment is performed using zero protective conductors.

8. The project provides for the shutdown of ventilation in case of fire.

DESIGNING ELECTRICAL AND LIGHTING PASSAGE

9. The color of the cables to perform in accordance with the EIR p.2.1.

10. The project provides for the following measures of protection against direct and indirect contact: - shells of electrical equipment IP31, IP54; - automatic power off; - protective grounding, - protective cutout device, - double insulation, - ultra low voltage.

11. The project tested the operation of the circuit breakers at short circuit currents in accordance with the requirements

12. Near the building there is a re-grounding circuit of the neutral wire from a steel strip of 5x40 mm and vertical electrodes from a corner of steel 63x63x6 mm L = 3 m, Rc <10 Ohm. 13. Lightning protection of the building, see project 500.2-EG.
