PROJECT OF THE REMOVAL OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIC NETWORKS

This working documentation provides for the removal of three 20 kV supply cable lines from the building site:
- 1PK / 1 (1хБ00 / 70-20) 134 m long direction
- 1PK / 1 (1х500 / 70-20) 127 m long direction
- 1PKL AP8Pu2gzh 3x0x500 / 70-20) 126 m long PS direction
Baseline data for the development of the project are: technical task
customer specifications issued by JSC "OEK"
2. The working documentation complies with the design assignment, the issued technical specifications, the requirements of the existing technical regulations,
standards, sets of rules, other documents containing established requirements;
3. The working documentation was developed in accordance with the requirements of the following regulatory documents:
- '' Rules for electrical installations '' (PUZ) 7th edition;
- SNiP 3.05.06-85 - '' Electrotechnical devices '';
- RD 34.20.185-94 -
- SP 52.13330.2011 (SNiP 23-05-95)
- GOST 21.614-88 "SPDS. Conditional graphic images
electrical equipment and wiring plans ";
- GOST R 21.1101-2013 "SPDS. Basic requirements for design and work
documentation ";
4. The list of types of work for which certificates of examination of hidden works are drawn up:
- survey of trenches before cable laying;
- survey of trenches before backfilling.

5. Instructions for laying cable lines:
- the development of trenches for cable lines is carried out to a depth of 0.9m, a trench width of 0.3m when laying the 1st K / 1 V trench and a width of 0.65m at
laying 2 K / 1 V trench, In places where pipes were laid - to a depth of 1.25 m. Trench width 0.3 m (when laying 2 pipes B trench) and 0.75 m (when laying 4 pipes in a trench), with vertical walls.
- the projected cable lines are laid in the ground at a depth of at least 0.7 m o t of grading marks of the ground along a sand pad 100 mm and
subsequent backfill with sand 200 mm.
- on the sections of the route of the designed cables, coinciding with the routes of the existing ones, designed to lay at a distance of 0.25 m in the light of
existing, with the preliminary shuffling of the latter.
- at the intersection of urban communications cable lines are laid in the PND pipe 200 mm, followed by sealing the pipe ends with seals
cable passes UKPT. Reserve pipes are closed with PCT plugs.
- When crossing internal passages, cable lines should be laid in PND pipes 200 mm at a depth of 1 m from the roadway.
- when crossing the cable lines of the carriageway, backfilling is made with sand, excess soil is transported to a permanent landfill, dump trucks are installed under the load on the asphalted surface.
6. Construction and installation work must be carried out by a specialized organization under strict adherence to “PUZH”, “PTB” In the presence of representatives of interested parties.

8. The contractor is obliged to ensure construction quality control in accordance with SNiP 12-01-2004 Construction Organization, Section 6 Construction Quality Control. Supervision of construction".
Production quality control of construction is performed by the contractor and includes:
- input control of working documentation provided by the customer in accordance with SNiP 12-01-2004, clause 6.1.1;
- input control of used materials, products, in accordance with SNiP 12-01-2004, p. 6.1.3;
- operational control during execution and upon completion of operations, in accordance with SNiP 12-01-2004, clause 6.1.6;
- conformity assessment of work performed, the results of which become unavailable for control after the start of the subsequent work,

The results of acceptance of work hidden by subsequent work in accordance with the requirements of the project and regulatory documents are made out
acts of examination of hidden works, in accordance with SNiP 12-01-2004,


Appendix B.
Testing of engineering networks and mounted engineering equipment is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the relevant regulatory
documents and drawn up by the acts of the form established by them.
When detected as a result of the phased acceptance of defects in works, structures, sections of engineering networks, the relevant act
be made out only after elimination of the revealed defects.

9. Issues of site preparation for construction, placement of access roads and transport and construction facilities, removal of cable lines should be coordinated with JSC OEK and other interested organizations in the prescribed manner.
10. The executive survey of laying rebuilt cable lines must be performed in accordance with the Requirements for executive surveys of 0.4-220 kV cable lines and communication lines (approved by the order of the First Deputy General Director - Technical Director of JSC “OEK” No. 1796).
11. It is necessary to ensure the participation of representatives of JSC “OEK” in witnessed the acceptance of mounted electrical equipment.
12. The organization of construction work may be carried out after the inclusion of JSC “OEK” electric power grids taken out of the construction zone, and the fulfillment of an agreement on the procedure for compensating for the loss of necessary documentation.
