Our engineering company have made working drawings for electricity hotel apartment.
Working documentation electric equipment
Working documentation "Power electric equipment and lighting of hotel rooms" facility, is in accordance with the "Terms of Reference for the development of working documentation" technological tasks, architectural - construction plans and decisions agreed upon with the customer. Working documents executed in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
The upper limit of the design of electrical equipment begins from the input terminals of the group panels of hotel rooms.
The lower limits of design are:
- the input terminals of the engineering systems;
- the input terminals of the controller VDA;
- socket blocks;
- lightings.
The earthing system TN-C-S (5-wire system - L1, L2, L3, N, PE - with separate working and protective zero), starting from the main switchboards.
According to the degree of reliability of power supply the power-consuming of hotel rooms electricity consumers are the first category and special group of the first category.
To the power consuming units of special group of the first category of reliability of powers supply are refered the following:
- wireless telephones sockets;
- MP3 dock stations;
- mini-bar sockets;
- equipment in the "office" zone ;
- equipment through the bed sockets;
- TV set and set-top box sockets;
- fan coil.
- Emergency lighting: one lamp in the bathroom, one lamp in the corridor
- other sockets in the diplomatic and presidental suites.
- Automatic system.
To the power consuming devices of the first category of power supply reliability are refered the following:
1. Sockets for connection controlled by the presence sensor through the contacor:
- equipment in the bathroom;
- DVD;
- decorative lamps sockets;
- lighting of the hotel room;
- other sockets in the hotel room.
2. Those that are controlled by automation system through VDA controller:
- heat-insulated floor;
- control of ventilation and heating;
- Don't disturb indicator;
- doorbell;
- light;
- sockets.
Group networks are performed for 380/220 V voltage and 50 Hz frequency, by means of insulated copper core cable and in shell of polymeric compositions that don't contain halogens, of PPGng-HF grade.
Equipment layout and binding are to be precised at the stage of installation with due consideration of interiors design.
All equipment and materials foreseen by working drawings have carfificafes and technical approvals according to the law
of Russian Federation "Certification of products and services". This documentation contains solutions relating to the standard hotel room.
