Tenant areas are disposed at 1-15 floors. It is supposed to have 1-6 tenants at each floor, basing upon architecture plans.
There are 4 vertical bus bars (3P-1 и 3P-2 - from 1 to 8 floor; 4P-1 and 4P-2- from 9 to 15 floor). For distribution of electrical energy to tenants; connection is performed via circuit breakers on each floor as a part of bus bar. These bus bars can provide individually all tenant loads.
Tenant power supply is performed via two lines from 2 bus bars (3P-1 and 3P-2 or 4P-1 and 4P-2) to their own small power panel boards “ЩОС” (normal lighting, home sockets, kitchen equipment, tenant fancoils) and ЩК (computers, emergency illumination of tenants), installed at tenant areas. Supplying OJC and OR lines are redundant for each other. It is recommended for tenants to install 2 tie switches at their territory as shown in the diagram “Tenants' power supply”. Boxes with Wh-meters for tenants should be installed in floor electrical room. Installation place is pointed in this design.
In case there are more than 1 tenant on the floor 2 distribution panel boards should be installed in floor electrical room:. 3(4)ЩР-1-X -for connection to vertical bus bars 3P-1 and 4P-1, and 3(4)ЩР-2-X - for connection to vertical bus bars 3P-2 and 4P-2, where X - floor number.
15. In order to connect tenants to diesel-generator "ДГУ-А” in future, there must be installed the distribution panel board (РП-Г.А)with tie switch in electrical room of the -2 floor, together with 3ВРУ and 4ВРУ with a possibility for bus bars 3P-2 и 4P-2 to be connected to diesel generator ДГУ-А installed in future.
